Called florence at 11am per our arrangment last Friday’s ph conf with Dr. Wei to update.

Updated Florence that the menu and services pages are in line with the services on their live site with their content per their request. This will be done by the end of the day today which she will get a notification via email from Jessica. Told her that if there are more needed, let jessica or i know so we can do the next phase of personalization/revisions and to not be alarm like how Dr. Wei usually does finding reasons to point fingers at us like she has ini the past with project timeline (longer than expected) and payment delay.

had a long phone conference with Dr. Wei, florence sitting in listing.

Dr. wei complained about alot of things which was not justified. Complaint about

payment schedule: we’ve been very accommodating with the payment schedule due to Dr. Wei not knowing about the 2nd installment. Contract was faxed over and it clearly states this. Florence (manager) was the primary person i talked to prior to ordering so she understood. We delayed the 2nd installment for her based on her complaint to charge when it is approved and start of development since she was close to approving the concept. Concept was approved and developed on Feb 27. Dr. Wei had issue with accounting to f/u on the charge. Dr. Wei now felt it should be when it is live and also brought up other stuff such as progress of project (discuss later in this note), preview site missing services and not the same as live site (also discuss later). All of her complaint not justified and was pointed out to her based on our records.

Timeframe: we have logged all calls and communication. they have been out on vacation, snow storm in ny (office was closed for over a week), and dr only works T,F, Sat. Jessica have been calling and leaving messages along with emails. They’ve been unresponsive hence it took longer than expected but Dr Wei pointed blame on us which I pointed this out that we have logged everything. Dr exaggerated on a lot of things when site was developed and when it was approved by her and why it took so long. I pointed out to her the exact dates confirming that we ve done everything within the usual process.

Personalizaton: site was developed and ready for her review on Feb 27th. Dr was upset that the site didn’t have all the info from her lvie site migrated over. Told her our process at this stage which is to communicate to personalize and this was just mentioned now which is a start so i will ask jessica to do this. Ticket just opened now.

Dr complained about our “process” and kept pointing fingers at that when it was evident that it was delayed due to dr. wei.

All in all, we have agreed to charge 1st of the remaining 2nd installment today and the last when live which should be soon.

Jessica, please start migrating the content over from her site. Current preview site we did has incorrect service and procedure. Please remove all that is there, move over all that she has listed on her site.

Please have this done by next Tuesday. I have a scheduled call with Florence at 11am PST (tues)

Spoke to Florence. Dr was busy with a patient but wants to speak to me. Florence basically told me dr was concern about the progress of the project. I told her the progress was delayed on their end. We have logged all communications, the note showed that they were unresponsive with ph & emails which was because they were on vacation. Recently it was delayed because they had a winter storm in NY which shut the office down for about a week. I had pointed this out to them because this was the situation. Told her that we are very good with communication and this was held up because of them.

Other concern was the update recently which was not done. Told her that we put a hold on the work because of the past due (2nd installment). Told her that I have been accommodating with the 2nd installment because dr want didn’t want to pay until she “approves” the concept for development. Florence was the 1 had worked with before they ordered and i told florence that if you look at the contract faxed over it stated 30 days later and that i ok’d the 2nd installment for Dr. wang back then. Now that it is developed, she doesn’t want to pay until it goes live which I told her is not fair to us and that i’ve already been accommodating and that I can’t do that anymore.

Florence stated that it is stated in the contract and that she understands. Told florence I understand she stands in the middle of this and it is beyond our control. She understands the policy and what was agreed. She stated that she had talked to dr and that dr is ok with charging $1,000 and the remaining $1,000 when it goes live. I told her I may be able to do that.

Moving forward, i told her Dr. Wang should just talk to Jessica and go over these final changes to speed up the progress because that is her concern which once again, it is on their end that is holding everything up.

She will talk to dr when she’s out and get back to me regarding this which is confirmation of payment and then schedule a call with Jessica.

Chan, Jessica just got their approval to develop so we will just wait until next week to rerun. This was their concern that they want to be charged when site is launched which should be by end of next week (just around the corner).

Please let me know if there are still issues with the credit card if it is launched. Thx.
