Spoke to Dr to explain to him that the PPC is very important to keep on especially because his G+ listing is primarily for patients who will search for his name or practice name. PPC will target new prospective patients that doesn’t know who he is.

Dr stated to go ahead and restart the PPC asap then. this was the clarification he was looking for which he didn’t get. He appreciates the clarification.

Dr will let me know as soon as his mailbox with the USPS is setup to get the G+ listing verified.

Dr. Mafla called in regards to verifying his business on Google. He requested a postcard to be delivered with the code, but he does not have a mailbox set up for his business yet. He was wondering if there was another way to verify, and I sent him a link that I found about issues with verifying. It seems the only way to verify is via postcard or phone, but that is not an option for all businesses.

Dr called. was on another line. Called back. Spent 30 mins on the phone discussing the PPC and how it works and the effectiveness. Dr learned a lot and liked it. Prev sent him analysis of his top 3 competitors spending around $1,000 to $2000/m. Went over with him how budget range dictates the traffic. Told him how PPC works as far as # of clicks which varies. Recommend to focus 3-5 miles at most.

Practice opening May 2017 so i told him its a good time to start since its a month away and that it takes about 1 month for the ROI which I went over why which he understands. Told him marketing, need to commit to 2 months to see results. Dr agreed.

Dr wants to start at $1,000… new practice and not having much money but understands he needs to market. Will setup and activate around 1st week of April. Will wait for dr’s confirmation but dr wants to have it setup and should let me know actual date in 2 days.
