Dr. Sobhi has someone, “Avi,” taking care of her website. He asked for FTP and admin access: we granted. Now, he is asking for Cpanel information which explained we dont provide. He accused us of not allowing them access. Asked him why he needs it, “need to install Yoast SEO plugin.”
Dr. Sobhi was frustrated that nothing was being done at this point and is considering have Avi take site. Showed Avi/Dr. Sobhi where the plugin section is located and explained to her/Avi that you do not need FTP or Cpanel to install ANY plugin. Mentioned Avi has full access to the site to take it elsewhere.

spoke to Dr. Sobhi, explained to her the reason for the additional charge. Told her that we were not aware she had intention of a 3rd party person accessing the site, had we known, when we setup this site, we would've format/setup that way. She told me that her SEO guy offered to do a new site for her for $500. Dr sobhi always approach it like this in the past to get a discount or waived. I told her we can't due to the amount of work involved. She will think it over and get back to me. She will most likely come back and ok the charges like she usually does in the past.
Jan, the link on the site right now is for her other location. Please remove.
Then create a new G+ Profile for this location. Dr is aware of the process and will be on the lookout for a PIN via mail or automated phone call. She will call me with it when it comes.

I explained to her that this is just a courtesy service so that they understand the product more but she explained that she would not be using it. The main issue is the photos. I tried to explain to her that we change the photos after the walkthrough but she does not like the fact that she would be charged for additional photo changes afterward.

In my opinion there are many issues with the design that are not even subjective matters, but basic issues obvious for someone like myself with zero background in the field.
Before I even had a chance to provide my feedback I was thrown with financial issues and how many free changes I can get and what not! The matter of pennies and shortsightedness of Pbhs was he reason I left them as we spoke on the first day.
I hope you have someone else who can continue this project, cause I definitely didn't get off the right foot with Jan.
