I spoke to my husband, and he did look into your company’s websites. He feels that
the shopping card/e commerce is the main part of his new website since it will focus mainly
on selling/marketing contact lenses. and we didn’t not fully informed of what optimized 360
could offer.
Dr. Shin would like to look into other ecommerce specializing company for now. could you
advise me on how to follow up with the payment that’s already been deducted off of credit card?

Although Dr. Shin wants a new website to advertise his office and other things, he also wants a shopping cart. He currently has a shopping cart for the Fontana location http://visionexpressfontana.com/ and claims he is working on another shopping cart for http://visionsource-visionexpress.com/ (OOGP?). Belinda and I explained the ins & outs of shopping carts and how the product catalog he would want is completely managed by the shopping cart (3rd party company). He does not like the look of the current shopping cart he has with yourlens.com, and he was under the impression that we could redesign it. I called to explain the following things and left a VM:

-cost effective to keep your current shopping cart
-$20k-$50k anywhere you go to build a shopping cart from the ground up
-customized shopping cart limits what companies you can go through
-it’s more than just listing products; there are a lot of features/aspects that need to be customized to -cater to each individual product (prescription, financial, etc…)
-we should split this up into 2 parts: the website itself and the shopping cart
-the shopping cart is a whole other entity
-we would have to see your current shopping cart to see what we are working with as far as customization
-since you want a new website for your practice, what we can do is work on designing a new website for you with all of the comprehensive pages while you decide what to do with the shopping cart

Design wise, he is pretty open to colors as long as it’s bold/bright (like 1 800 contacts). Wants the same layout as that website too.

They like a website similar to 1-800-contacts or vision direct,

Main focus is on contact sales & retail with hopes to add sunglasses and eye glasses in the future. They will potentially break from Vision Source and potentially have us create a practice website and link these two together
