The website has been developed, we’re mainly working on inputting content into their appropriate pages. I have input content that I was able to pull from Dr. Gurmej’s old website as well as content available in our content library. I had last requested content from Ravi to provide regarding the following procedures:
Under “Services” > “Physical Examinations” page:
– Comprehensive Physical
– Yearly Well Adult Examination
– Employment Physical
Under “Services” > “Diagnostic Services” page:
EVERYTHING but “Audiometry”, “Laboratory Services” and “X-Rays”
SOCIAL MEDIA:
I also needed Social Media accounts (Facebook, Twitter and Google business listing) from your end. I believe Ravi said he was creating these accounts and would provide me with the links to use for the website.
BUTTONS UNDER HEADER IMAGE SLIDER:
He also had something in Mind for the “Referral Program” button underneath the header image slider – But never elaborated exactly what they had wanted in this page (it may have even been a third party resource that you were setting up on your end?)
“Online Store” button: Ravi had mentioned setting up an online store on your end for this button. (Maybe Doctor Gurmej can further elaborate on this?)
I also needed content for “Our Policies” page (under About Us)

I am having a hard time matching up the services from your current site with the services listed under “Diagnostic Services” as well as “Physical Examinations” as many of the items listed aren’t named the same combined with my unfamiliarity concerning some of the terminology. I was hoping you can help me match the best articles from the old site to the new listed items in the aforementioned categories?

Hey Charles, a couple other things. The links at the top of the home page that are in blue (About Us, Services, Patient Resources, Testimonials & Contact Us), can these words be in bold please.
Also, it would be good to have either arrows or something so that a viewer can manually scroll through the picture slider.
There is one picture on the slider that we are going to change. We are reviewing a list of 8 pictures from Shutterfly and will let you know once we decide on one. It is the picture that has the caption regarding Immigration, DOT, Sports & School Physicals.

To keep the project moving forward I went through some if it today and noticed that these were some of the items still pending:
1. 3rd part resources/links for the Referral Program and Online Store buttons
2. Updated Doctors image (If applicable)
3. Most of the links in Diagnostic services still had content pending for them. Would you like me to apply content to these pages from your previous site (if the content is available there) or were you planning on providing updated content? (I have already input content for the services that we did have in our content library)

Charles, I see some exciting changes being implemented on the site. Good stuff.
One thing though – the dark box that says Quality Care for you and your loved ones on every image of the slider I think needs to be removed. Maybe it’s just there because it is still being worked on but yeah that’s the only thing.
Anyhow, attached are some files of forms we need to be added on to the site. Each form is named so if under patient services -> forms, the name of the forms is not there then just add it with it’s respective form.
Yes, we’d like the forms to be fillable and I realized we have an account with PDF filler – how can I link the fillable forms through that on to the website?

Regarding making the forms fillable: I believe you’d have to open each form in your PDF filler application and manually add the fillable areas so the functionality is present. Then save these new forms and provide me with these new files, which I can then link on the website.
Please add attached images as a hero slider – Add them in the order they are numbered.
If you need to the “Quality care for you and your loved ones” feel free to do so – add a dark overlay or drop shadow to it if you need it to stand out from white backgrounds more as well.

Thanks for your email. Regarding the fillable form, yes, please add it to the Employment application form under the tab Contact Us – don’t you think? Perhaps the Contact Us page can have an area below the Contact Us information with the heading ‘Employment’ in the same size, font and color and then have a link to the fillable form – thoughts on that?
Also, since that form is fillable, wouldn’t it be possible to make all the other forms fillable as well? Or is there a way I can do it?
I am going through the images on Shutterstock and wanted to discuss my thoughts regarding a few pics I have noted with their stock photo ID – do you have time to discuss today? Maybe 20-30 minutes, tops.

Sorry for the late response,
1. Will add the employment form into the Contact Us page as well as in the footer – I think its best not to include it as a submenu and agree to include it as a subtle link on the Contact Us page as you had stated.
2. Concerning the other forms being fillable, this functionality isn’t present in the current forms and has to be added manually for each input area. I believe there are numerous applications to input this functionality if you would like to do so yourself. We can do so if you’d like – we charge $100 per page at a minimum of $199, But if you had numerous forms you wanted to do, maybe we can work out a more accommodating price.
Regarding IMage preferences:
Laboratory Services: I chose another image from the same image provider though – I thought it would be better to showcase the doctors in action (similar to the x ray image).
Regarding the Slider Images, I really like these 2 : 379530769, 565652404 – they have a more contemporary feel to them and don’t seem more natural (not photoshopped).
Attached is an example of how the text will be presented on each image slide.
Ill go ahead and send out a ticket to add an image slider with your specified images.

Charles, I will get the link to the form and show you. I wasn’t able to find the fill-able forms on the site either but Dr. Dhillon show me last week.
Also, I see under the Services tab at the top, it still shows only 4 options (missing Immediate Care).
I like the Online Store addition but can it be all the way to the right (next to Referral Program)?
As far as the rotating images at the top (currently shows a family of 4 – including 2 minors) – When will you get new pictures and implement the rotating pics? Should we provide pics or do you have a library of pictures to choose from? If you do, we’d prefer pictures that highlight our services.

We have a scheduled call at 1pm PST today to go over elements of the website. Although the completion of the Design Questionnaire isn’t mandatory before the call, it is definitely helpful to have it completed so that we can go over it while on the phone. Did you want to reschedule the call for when you’ve completed the form or proceed with our call at 1pm?
Regarding the domain name www.fresnomedicalcenter.org . Was this expiring on the 6th and you wanted to transfer it over to us? If so, yes, we can do that. But as the expiration date is quickly approaching, please confirm that you indeed would like me to initiate the transfer process and I can do so.

Karan setup another phone call to possibly finalized. Dr had some questions about SEO: understands it is $25/hr and we recommend 20 hours each month. Ownership: dr asked about it if he were to host on his own, not his intent but just in case we go out of business. Monthly Support: assured him we take care on-demand with unlimited pages. Video: referred him to Swarm Interactive.

Had a ph conference scheduled with Dr. Dhillon at 6pm. Spoke to dr. – Basically went over everything again per my original conference with Karan.
Dr basically was trying to negotiate and mentioned that he’s contemplating a lot having a family develop the site for him which they offered to do for free. I went over with him the disadvantages of this and the logn-term effect it will have on his practice’s success which dr understood.
Dr’s biggest problem is the fee which i negotiated with Karan previously at $3,000 removing the ownership but dr wants ownership. Dr stated that he just likes to have it but will stay with us if relationship is good cause he has no intent to leave.
We finally came to an agreement to earn his business. Sent Karan new proposal this morning ot proceed

Spoke to Karan, dr is looking for a lower package if any. He’s not sure on the budget but it seems like around $2,000. Told Karan, what we can do is to eliminate the owenrship feature and the best I can do is $3,000. He wouldn’t want to go Silver cause i know he wants a unique custom design.

Spoke to Karan (office manager/coordinator), looking to redevelop their current site. Sites is very poorly developed.
Not looking for a template. Had him go through our portfolio.
Went over what we do and how we compare to other companies. Pointed out the no contract (he mentioned he doesn’t like commitments). Pointed out as well what we do tha tis different as far as quality and purpose of a site which should have all the important components for visitor conversion.
Went over with him how SEO works. Told him on-site is included and also how google ranks sites and how our quality front and back end will increase his quality score and how it will be a huge optimization boost for him.
Sent him an email with the Gold and showed him some 1 page draft concept our new clients. He had asked again how the design process works which I had to reiterate again. He did see our reviews as well so that was important to him.
