Dr. Williams and Donnie called and would like to self-host their website, mentioned it would be less costly.

Explained our monthly fees are quite minimal and they would lose a lot of benefits. They decided to go through with it, mentioned they have a person to manage it for them. Informed the client they will have to contact us once everything is situated on their end to fully close out the account.

What I had in mind was a simple Home page with a “deep purple” background (to match logo) and a flower/lotus flower in the center at the top with the menu below. Feel free to get creative with design as this client wants a “playful” website.

Called dr per our scheduled ph conf. – closing a practice purchase in about a week from existing orthodontist. There are 3 locations. Has an existing site through WIX which is basic. Dr did reserve a new domain already.

Has a logo and does not need any other features. Briefly skimmed through our designs and liked them.

Gave her an overview of the design process and our company. Dr wanted to have a portal for patients which I had told her that goes through our practice management software. She is currently using “IMS” which I am not familiar with. She will contact them to see if they offer this capability.
