Saw that the custom content sent to doctor was poor quality and reached out to him to get more details about what he’s looking for and get to know him. He is a very patient person and is passionate. Truly wants things to work for him + us but so far the logo, content and social media has not worked out. What he did not understand was when he had complained to Danny, why things were not resolved. Explained Danny’s role is making sure client is getting what he needs but I am the technical person that will be able to explain/answer questions. He wanted someone to listen and care about his thoughts instead of saying “yes yes yes” wanted feedback and “creativity”.
He assured that he loved working with Desirae but was supposed to speak with Danny to cancel as he was intending to sign up with Rooster(?) that promised he’ll get a copywriter, told him having a personal copywriter is costly for any company. He understands copy will not be perfect but wanted to confirm that we saw the flaws in the copy we have sent him. confirmed.
MOVING FORWARD
We talked about the content, his practice and the process. Told him he could not speak to our copywriters as they don’t know how things affect different portions of the site.
Dr has a to do list and so do we. He is aware that I’m working with a team but he will speak through me.
Dr to-do list:
– ZocDoc Testimonials
– Staff biographies and photos
– Decision to utilize an FAQ (or send electronic version of your handouts)
– Your biography (I will temporary use references from Weebly, but we’ll iron out the teaching portion at a later time)
– To clarify: you have a ‘subscribe’ bar, how do you intend to send newsletters out? I want to make sure we’re utilizing every space of the home page correctly.

– update logo on website
– update the hours to be more general but include Monday, Tuesday and Thursday including evening hours.
– adjust menu bar to be justified underneath the logo & telephone
– add “patient login” button
– home page: instead of the current “About Us” — we’re going to replace with a short reference of you bio and a ‘read more’ link to a more descriptive page. I’ll also insert your picture there as well. Do you have any other photos of you (or family) you’d like to place on website? The current one is a bit blurry.
– as I move your bio closer to the top of the home page, we still have your associations above the footer. I will center align them and justify them across that current bar.

– incorporate your signature
– adjust paragraph fonts throughout website

– new patient page: to utilize similar content you have sent, but more importantly to visually show how easy the process is for patients.
