Harriet responded to my email. called me back from South Africa.

Looking to redevelop their site. Wants to work with a company that knows website and would help them with a specific design that the owner has in mind. Possible future integration with a payment system.

Assured her how our design process works and how they will get exactly what they want since it is in their control. We will execute the idea/vision they have and even improve it as well.

Also assured her concern that we will be able to integrate any features or functions they will need. If we don’t offer it, our sites are future proof and we will be able to find others who will specialize in it to refer them to. She liked that idea.

She was concern about how to make payments. Told her to just send contract over to start and accountant can figure out. Wheter its by check, cc or paypal or wiring, we can do it since we work with clients throughtou the world.

She was very nice and wants to confirm with the owners before proceeding. Sent email with the contract and also login credentials to order online.
