Called Dr per our scheduled phone conference. Dr has 3 websites with OrthoSesame. Looking to switch cause he knows he’s not obligated to use them anymore.

All of his sites are not mobile responsive.

He has good ranking in all 3. Concern about SEO cause orthosesame charges a flat rate. He feels because his competitors are with orthosesame, seo won’t give him good/better ranking. He wants to move up higher if possible.

Explained to him that he is right because it has the same design coding and content. His will be unique built through our system and we will make sure that he maintains and even move up which is a possibility but no guarantees.

He didn’t know much about SEO so i explained to him how it works. Told him that we recommend about 20-25 hours but for his case, he can go with 5-10 hours per month. Dr would like to avoid paying for SEO if possible if he doesn’t need it hence why i suggest to build site first and see how it gets reindexed and i am optimistic he should maintain and move up. Worst case he can just add SEO.

We also discussed PPC, explained how that works relative to SEO.

Dr stated he learned a lot which was lacking with the current company.

Dr wants to have all 3 sites completely different branding as well.

Dr wants me to resend the info so he can fwd to his partner.

Dr was very very nice friendly. Dr wants to probably focus on the Tauton website first then the other 2. F/u in a few days via phone.
