Spoke to Karen, was wondering if she should renew $185/m with YP. Told her no cause we will be dong the Adwords $500/m which is more effective. Told her the problems with YP ad which is indirect and they are exposed to her competitors. She understood.

Based off of our discussion I have compiled a design draft for your review. Please take a moment to review this concept and let me know of any changes you would like to see.

COLORS: primarily “soft” dark but with accent:

Black, Latte (Sherwinn Williams SW 6108), and a touch of plum

Fonts: they want some, very little fonts that look like the logo style (serif).

OVERALL, wants a modern site with a classic/vintage touch.

Followed up with Karen because she plays a part in design. Asked her to fill out DQ since dr did not provide enough info.

I composed some notes for the overall feel and style that Dr. Hearn discussed over our phone call. Dr. Hearn didn’t have a lot of ideas about his overall design as Karen, the office manager, will be the main decision maker on the website. He was unsure of his overall look and feel for his website but wanted to match his logo design. (See attached.)

Notes:
-patient demographic: mixture of senior and younger patients, working class, mostly caucasian but mixed as well
-small town feel, family oriented, everyone knows everyone type of place
-practice has been around for 50+ years, well established
-antique, vintage & western feel to the logo
-indifferent about the colors of his logo, open to different colors
-traditional
-wants to build social media presence to attract younger demographic

I have gathered some examples that match the overall style of his logo and reflect the vintage/antique style.

Had a scheduled ph conf with Dr. Hearn and Karen. Went over everything again from design process to pricing to comparison with us and others.

Dr s main concern is support cause he had bad service in the past. Assured him that we have great reviews so he can rest assure that I will make myself available to him in the future. We are consultants not salesepeople.

Dr like to have capability to edit the content if needed in the future as well.

Dr will finalize everything next week. Confference went great. Very hot lead. Call Karen next week to finalize.

Called Karen. Looking to build a site. I found a 1-page site online which she was not aware. Stated that this is for her brother and he had some college kid start this 14 years ago she assumed.

Went over all the packages. Interested in the Gold w/ Social. Told her how streamlined our design process was and the diff bt us and other companies.

Asked about marketing. Went over PPC. Told her the advantage of this over other marketing she can do this day/age. She liked the idea. Quoted her $500/m min.

She asked to send info so she can disc with her brother. Very nice. F/u in a few days.
