Who is shows a different DNS?

I need this site up for SEO

Client’s emails have stopped working. I contacted their domain hosting company, info@kenyawebexperts.com, to change the A record back to the original and ONLY point the website to our IP address. They have a non-traditional way of setting up the DNS, and I am unable to login with the credentials Dr. has provided.

Via email on October 26th. I sent her a few theme previews to use as examples (since she did not provide many notes for design) and she wants to go with “Blake” design.

Dr. Sachdeva did not provide many notes. She gave me a background story of herself and what she has been through the past few years… Her and her previous husband had a practice together (The Smile Specialists) and survived the mall terrorist attack in 2013. She is going through a tough divorce, and her son made her old website (which got hacked). She has been a Dr. for 33 years now and is rebranding. She wants her website to convey that she is a professional, established Dr. and has the Top Practice in Kenya. She has advised me to ask any design questions to her assistant, Jane.

Dr. called main 800 # per my last email response with a time frame cause of the 9hour diff (in nairobi, kenya).

Dr is going through a nasty divorce, husband is a dentist too. Site got hacked and she had nasty reviews. Need to create a new website under diff domain name. Wants to have control over social post and also reviews.

Told her we can create reviews/survey within her site where she receives it to filter and decide what goes on her site. She liked that idea.

Went over the Gold package with Social Media. Dr questioned about the monthly fees which I had explained to her how it works and what is included. Also pointed out how she is not obligated with our package which makes it unique vs other companies who will obligate her but she will not own. She understood.

Dr seems to want to get started, asked to send proposal. Sent her to fax and also to order online to make it easier since she’s halfway around the world. I also assured her of the streamlined process which she really liked.

Sent initial email last Friday per inquiry. Lead is from Nairobi, kenya.

Gave her price range along with bulleted points and examples of new current projects.
