    Dr called, lm. Called dr back. Dr was wondering if we are using up much of the budget cause its been slow this month compared to previous months. Can you give me the usual data the last 3 months. Also can you compare that data with the prior months when it was at $700 cause she said she got ROI. Let me know what your assessment is. Send me when you get the chance.     Dr had increased from $700 to $1,000 back in August cause she got good response but since then, its been stagnant so she was wondering if efforts are put into it.

    I did tell her that there will me ups/downs each month but usually around Nov/Dec it is busy based on the previous year’s trend cause its the Holidays (many patients wants to come in to for cosmetic work) & PPO Insurance (Patient using up their yearly maximum cause it does not rollover to 2018).

    my response and recommendation:

    Dr. Miksa,
    Dental Implant keyword is 1 of the top 2 competitive keywords in the NYC area. NYC area is highly competitive and many dental offices are fighting for “Dental Implants” and variations of it.

    The budget that was previously allocated, it gets exhausted quickly.

    Offices in the Manhattan area, they are allocating around $3,000-$5,000 per month which includes all the General Keywords + Dental Implants. This budget also covers your Glendale & Englewood area hence why it gets exhausted quickly.

    Your offices are within the 5-10 mileage area and that’s what they are doing since its within the vicinity.

    My recommendation if you want to be aggressive for Dental Implants only, I would test it out for 1-2 months at around $1,500/m. This is about how much of the $3,000 to $5,000 that those offices are using. For example, an office having a $3,000/m budget… 50% of it probably going towards Dental Implants keywords and the rest for other ones such as “dentist, teeth whitening, veneers, etc.”.

    Those offices justify the ROI by having 1-2 implant cases which will more than pay for itself if they can reach out to that type of patient searching for it.

I advised that this was just an image of the Home page and she would be able to see the inner pages (same style as the Home page including all of the information) once it has been sent to development. She also thought that she had to write all of the content, but I told her we have written content for the services already. She wants more content for her bio. I will send her an inner page example with the next round of drafts.

    Went over all our packages, dr was interested in the GOLD which was within her budget (a little higher than anticipated).

    Gave her pointers on what we do and how we can help improve her site to get better visitor conversion. Liked the idea of focusing more on images of her and less stock. Also photos of operatories and office cause its beautiful inside. Also highlight reviews.

    Gave her assurance of our competitive rate and support (G+). Dr asked how to get started. Gave her all 3 options (phone order, online order or fax). Dr asked to email so she can either fax or electronically sign.

    Sent email with contract and also 1 page draft concepts of our new clients so she can get an idea on what to expect and how streamlined the process was. HOT LEAD and RTO.
