my response and recommendation:
Dr. Miksa,
Dental Implant keyword is 1 of the top 2 competitive keywords in the NYC area. NYC area is highly competitive and many dental offices are fighting for “Dental Implants” and variations of it.
The budget that was previously allocated, it gets exhausted quickly.
Offices in the Manhattan area, they are allocating around $3,000-$5,000 per month which includes all the General Keywords + Dental Implants. This budget also covers your Glendale & Englewood area hence why it gets exhausted quickly.
Your offices are within the 5-10 mileage area and that’s what they are doing since its within the vicinity.
My recommendation if you want to be aggressive for Dental Implants only, I would test it out for 1-2 months at around $1,500/m. This is about how much of the $3,000 to $5,000 that those offices are using. For example, an office having a $3,000/m budget… 50% of it probably going towards Dental Implants keywords and the rest for other ones such as “dentist, teeth whitening, veneers, etc.”.
Those offices justify the ROI by having 1-2 implant cases which will more than pay for itself if they can reach out to that type of patient searching for it.
