Some testimonials are showing men, please change to women subjects.

1. under hysterectomy, remove “robot” and replace with “laparoscopy” (which is equivalent, faster and less expensive).

Instead of robot you can use the word laparoscopy and put “three small incisions” on the abdomen instead of “one”.

2. Slider: add the three newest photos (dated 12/1) found in Dropbox > _assets
make sure heads and faces in photos are not covered by top menu.

Based off the Didato site that you liked, I’ve adjusted the design we have to better match. I’ve included two slightly different versions. Please let me know your feedback.

Showed doctor websites similar to Jill Gibson’s site and he liked http://anthonydidato.360sites.net. Disclosed discrepancy regarding curves and no curves. He wants to go straight lines. Instead of greys to use browns/taupes.

Doctor generally likes the website, only had a few changes. BUT he sent a website reference that is totally different from what he has requested (www.jillgibsonmd.com). Asking what he likes about the site, is it a general feeling? Then I will let him know that it’s a different theme than what he was mentioning.

– please focus on highlighting his reviews on the design and himself. Dr needs a lot of guidance on how to improve his site so this is 1 area that we need to focus on. Find his reviews online (he mentioned he has a lot of positive ones)

Dr returned my message I had left 10 mins ago.

Dr was extremely nice. Looking to get more patients. Told dr that I reviewed his site and his inquiry. Told him the issue is not that he’s a guy but its his site. It doesn’t brand or portray him and its missing reviews which is important.

Told him how important branding is and what we do is we focus on not just healthcare sites but also to brand him and his practice and focus a lot of visitor conversion putting all the necessary marketing component.

Pointed out to him 1 of his competitor who he knows which has good ranking in Covington (G+), not other competition. he is also organically low on the page. Told dr that we will help get him up there with is competitor with G+ and increase his SEO higher on the page with the quality of work that we do.

Dr stated he wants to do his due diligence but told him how we guarantee our work and rate. Told him the initial email i had sent him has this pointer and also our G+ Review.

Dr stated that he is sold and I did a great job selling. told him we’re not salesman but consultants. gave him diff bt the 2 and he liked it.

Very hot lead and will order. Call by tomorrow if not finalized.

Called. LM with Kelsey. Very nice. Took my message and stated she will make sure to leave this msg on his desk to see when he gets in. Sent dr an email as well too.
