    As you know, I had signed up with Conversion whale back in October. I have had nothing but problems with their customer service. I was thinking about changing over to your company for my online presence. I have some questions. Are there any charges for transferring over to your company? Conversion whale claimed “we are spending $1,600 of that $2,200 on pay per click advertising, Adwords, SEO, Banner retargeting, etc. “. Do you perform the same services?     Wendy called in. Looking to revamp site. Dr found us online, had her call us to find out. She did see our gallery and liked our work. Wendy was extremely nice.

    Was interested in all 3 packages. Gave her overview of our company vs others. Design process, competitive rate, etc.

    Dr likes his logo so not lookign to change. Adjusted Plat & 360 Plan reducing by $500.

    Seems like they may start off with Plat then upgrade later on to 360Plan.

    gave dr long response again with the dashboard clarifying that our clients have direct access to Google Analytics and Google Adword campaign if we do the adwords. These are the source of the data which other companies get info from to put in their dashbard whcih can easily be manipulated. Also went over the other qestion he had about getting reviews which I gave him tips on how to get patients to do so (which is when they are fresh out of their appt). Showed him again our G+ review and how we are the highest rated among any dental/healthcare web design companies in the US to give him more assuranc.
