Based off of your recent feedback, I have updated the design draft below. I was able to make the background of the top section more “green” instead of the previous gray. I think it makes the design look more lively!

With that being said, any further changes to the text and images can be done in the next step of this process. Please let me know if you would like anything else changed in regards to the layout or colors of the design, or if you would like to approve and send to development.

Based off of your recent feedback, I have updated the design draft below. A few things to note:

-BACKGROUND: The background style you see in the top is similar to what you see on rockymountainurologicalinstitute.360sites.net. I can change this if you would like, however, I think it gives the design an interesting touch.
-FONT: The font in the 2nd design previously sent to you is the same font used in RMUI. I do like the bolder font, but I can change it to match RMUI just let me know.
-INNER PAGES: We will be able to see and edit all of the other pages once the website is developed.

Please let me know your feedback and if there are any other changes to the layout or colors. If not, I would suggest moving on to development so we can get the website up as soon as possible. Let me know your thoughts!

San Juan is two words, not one.

The company is San Juan Urology Associates, P.C. This full name should appear at the top of the page, on the contact us page, and on every form.

I don’t care for the background on the top of the page. It doesn’t create a good visual balance in respect to the bottom of the page, and therefore is distracting

The font that is bolder is much better than the stylistic one. Let’s also look at the font used for RMUI as theoretically these could use the same font and this will add a nice level of consistency.

The big check marks under services are not right for this design and take away from the working. They need to be smaller and crisp; in proportion to the font.

The Health Insurance tab needs to go away.

The “New Patient Forms” tab shouldn’t be on the control bar. Let’s change this control bar tab to ‘Patient Information” and have the patient forms on this page, as well as the portal cross-linked to this page (please keep the patient portal button on the home page).

Lastly, the green tone of the buttons is too yellowish-brown. Can you adjust it to make it to add more blue so that it’s more of a true green?

Janice called me back. Extremely nice. She sounded like the decision maker because she said that dr will go with the company that she suggest.

Went over the Gold and Platinum. Leaning towards Gold with addition of blog feature. Does not need logo.

This is for another business entity targeting a diff group of audience. Current site will eventually need makeover in the future but this will be for a brand new website.

Did see our portfolio, showed her our G+ review. Discussed hosting. Asked about company profile: 45 employees on/off site (15 designers, 10 consultants 10 IT and 10 marketing).

She asked about support a lot cause that’s important. Assured her from our G+ review that it is great.

I’d like to get a bid to develop a modest website and SEO strategy to support the start-up of a sister urology company.

The new company will be providing highly customized urological services and care, that often described as concierge services. The services will usually not be considered medically necessary and therefore not covered by most insurance plans. An example of such a service is stem cell therapy to treat ED. Another treatment that will be offered is a High Intensity Focused Ultrasound for the treatment of prostate cancer.

The target market for the new company is primarily high income individuals, probably 70% of whom are men, ages 50 – 75.

The website is initially expected to be approximately 5 pages and include a web portal. The site must meet all expectations for HIPAA compliance. The additional functionality of accepting cc payments would be nice, though may be a phase 2 upgrade.

We want the look and feel of the website to be: Vibrant, energetic, includes pictures that convey the right patient demographic: in a happy relationship, mid-age, successful, highly mobile. active and engaged in life, and just simply enjoying all that life has to offer. This is a start-up that will test the market before we expand, therefore we’re looking for a quote that keeps that in mind with the understanding that we’ll build out the website, add literature, and a more robust SEO program.
