Eliza called. had further questions about SEO. Told her about our on-site which is included.

Asked about design process again.

Asked about Social Media. Told her we don’t do auto-post but it is on-demand. Can add $20/m.

She brought up the $500 email promo which she wants to apply. Sent her updated contract. She will review with dr and get their approval.

Called Eliza within 5 mins of submission. She is new to the practice. Doesn’t know much about the history of hte website when asked cause they inquired on SEO but she did say probably a few years.

Looking at the Gold Package due to the other features they already have.

Went over main pointers about our company (quality & pricing). Seems very impressed. Did see our portfolio.

Asked about encrypted email which I told her we don’t do but can refer to companies that specializes in it. Explained to her that Email and Web are 2 separate things which has nothing to do with each other. told her its like an Email company doing Website which is not what they specialize in so its same with us. She completely understands and it made sense to her.

At this point, she is gathering for the drs. Sent her an email with all the info and examples and links.
