Spoke with Cora - she called back - told me about the deal this other company is offering - says that the other company offers dental videos within the price already - told her the fees for the videos are through a 3rd party multimedia company - not our fees - told her to not compromise the quality of the site due to videos because these are just extras - if people want to learn more about invisalign, they will go to invisalign.com - she understands - she mentioned the other company offered, if they cancel the website will still be up and running - explained to her how that is very surprising because it is unheard of - GoDaddy at most charges $1 for hosting per month etc.. - plus videos would not work on the site - she realized he was lying to her and he wanted to get her CC over the phone - her husband is more black and white and wants written things - I asked her who she feels more comfortable working with - she said me - she will see if her GF did not sign up yet and will talk to her and get back to me later today
