spoke to Dr. Han cause she returned my call. Dr asked about Seseme communication. Went over with her what they do vs us. Stated that they offer pt reminder, billing, etc. Told her we don't specialize in that like how they don't specialize in website. Gave her alternatives that can be done. Dr seems to like us but her partner Dr. Sheehan is old school and not technologially savvy. He liked how Sesame did a screensharing presentation which she asked if we can do the same and answer his questions. We are scheduled for this thur at 12:30pm

Dr. Han returned my call. Very nice. Stated that dr sheehan is still debating on which route to go with either revamping the site to incorporate the other location or simply integrating software communication within the site. Dr sheehan will discuss with his family to see which route is best. She is vouching for us but decision is on Dr. sheehan. Assured her again that website makeover is more improtant than patient communication because website will generate more patients. Also reiterated our work which is better than sesame cause we do unique custom design. I had offered Dr. Han to tell Dr. Sheehan our 30-day MBG so he can see the draft which he will be impressed. Dr. Han brought up another company TNT who she says does custom from scratch. Pointed out to her that it is not custom from scratch but "CUSTOM" which means they customize off of a template. She completed understood my explanation that it is diff from us. Dr also mentioned they are only in the office on thursday which is when they all meet (which was today). She appreciate the information and i told her again that if there are any feedback or concerns to address them to me so i can explain and/or accommodate them better. Will f/u with her next Thurs/Fri
