    He stated that the jotform for the contact/appt is secured when he saw the source code but not for the testimonial. If you can review and send me a screenshot to verify that it is “https://jotform….”

    I told him if its a jotform it is by default secured and is no different from the other jotform that he has on the site but he still insisted that it is not. I know it is but if possible, send me verification tos how him. Thank you and will await for your confirmation.

    Update - Peter had meant to send an article that Dr. Kazil rewrote for the "Conditions We Treat" section. He will send it to me so we can have the last batch rewritten. He says that Dr. Kazil has had to completely rewrite each article we've sent him and that she does not like the way the articles have been written at all for "Conditions We Treat". I explained to him that the articles are going to have basic, general information and that they are the only ones who will know exactly how they want it written so it's not going to be perfect. I will read through and dissect the articles that Peter sends me so I can compare that with the batch we wrote for him so we can format/rewrite the previous batch of articles.

    Attached is the updated design draft based on your feedback. A few things to keep in mind:

    -we are still working on your logo
    -the text and images can be changed at any time
    -the association logos can also be changed at any time
    -the other (inner) pages will have the same style and look similar to this home page
    -as I mentioned to Roger, the reason why 1 of the 4 images is in color rather than black & white is to show the hover effect
    -for the virtual office tour, we do not have that feature unless you go through a 3rd party company, then we can link it. The alternative option would be to have an image slideshow.

    Spoke with Peter about scheduling a design interview. He would like for me to email him a detailed timeline of our process and what we need to focus on with each step.     been going back/forth with Peter regarding questions that he had. Spent over an hour yesterday answering questions. He was reviewing our G+ reviews, questioning each one. This client is potentially difficult in the future which requires micromanagement to prevent issues. I have tried to avoid pushing client to order but client is persistent in having interest going with our company. He is a big time fact finder and is doing thorough research. Right now narrowing down between us and ihealthspot.com. He was even going over emails that ihealthspot.com sales guy emailed him regarding comparison with us. Ihealthspot.com is not comparable and he kept wanting us to match their price at around $2,800 which i stood firm we can not cause we offer a completely better product. I had already gave him a lot of features already but at this point, it is too late to pull the plug with this lead.

    Called Roger, he had called a few times, I picked up but ph issues. Finally got a hold of him when I called back.

    Practice just open, looking to get a site developed. Shopping around, spoke to a few companies already, we are the last one that he is speaking to.

    Base on my interview with him, just looking for a simple 10 page site with logo design, does not need any other features. Went over our Gold Package with Logo. Had quoted him $5,000 + $78/m. he mentioend that he got a quote from another company for $3,500 initial with similar monthly fees and if I can honor that. Went over my assurance that what they are offering is not the same and how we are the only company out there that offers unique custom design. Pointed out the other type of companies, Templates and Custom Design (customize off a template), made him aware of the disadvantages long-term as well how he does not own the design vs ours he can. He liked that idea. Also pointed out to him our G+ reviews to give him assurance of our great support (he was impressed). With all that being said, I had offered him $4,000 which is the best we can do to earn his business if he makes a decision by today. He will discuss with his boss and get back to me by end of the day today. Sent him contract along with pointers of convo along with examples of our new clients. Very hot lead. Will call in a few hours to possibly finalize.

    spoke to Peter regarding the SSL with Google per my communication with him since last week. He stated he did read through my q&a and feels he does not need it and that its just a google thing and a matter of preference. He's ok with not. Ok to not push him cause client is very technical and takes a lot of time based past experience.

    spoke to Peter regarding this. He understands how it works and wants to make sure if it is necessary. he's done his research and knows that even GoDaddy goes through another party for this. He currently has a portal already for Patient Login but told him that that should be enough as long as he doesn't request info submitted through his domain which he doesn't. Also asked if it helps with SEO since it is a trusted site.

    had a long ph call with Peter yesterday regarding a lot of things. some has to do with SEO. Told him SEO we do is premium onsite. If additional SEO off-site, it is $25/hr and we recommend at least 20 hrs a month. Also discussed exclusivity workign with them only in the future for web and seo (if they order seo) for the bradenton area (not competitive) and his vascular surgical specialty.

    at this point, quoted him $4,500 for for the cusotm gold: logo & review mgmt. - He is still torn with us which is higher than ihealthspot quoting him $2,800 for supposedly all those features we are offering. Told him many times that we are not ocmparable cause they do custom design (template). he wants to see our content and then decide. will send him.

    called spoke to Peter. He's basically wanting all the features of 360 plan which I have done my best. He basically kept saying ihealthspot offers all this at a lower rate but i told him if he is getting better he should just go with them. He told me he is torn in the middle between us and them cause he liked what we do but the pricing is not in his budget. doing my best to tell him to go with ihealthspot.com .

    been going back/forth with Peter regarding questions that he had. Spent over an hour yesterday answering questions. He was reviewing our G+ reviews, questioning each one. This client is potentially difficult in the future which requires micromanagement to prevent issues. I have tried to avoid pushing client to order but client is persistent in having interest going with our company. He is a big time fact finder and is doing thorough research. Right now narrowing down between us and ihealthspot.com. He was even going over emails that ihealthspot.com sales guy emailed him regarding comparison with us. Ihealthspot.com is not comparable and he kept wanting us to match their price at around $2,800 which i stood firm we can not cause we offer a completely better product. I had already gave him a lot of features already but at this point, it is too late to pull the plug with this lead.

    also showed him BRC of irvine endodontics and what it entails so he knows that what we do is diff from ihealthspot claims they can do. They said that they will have rebuttals to each negative review which i told him it doesn't remove negative review or fix it. best is to bury it by getting ours showing up higher. Even showed him how BRC is in teh G+ outline box as well.

    Peter called... still comparing us with ihealthspot.com. They lowered price further to $2799 for the site which he wants me to match. Told him they offer templates and ours is custom. so it is not comparable. he said they are charging $250 add for logo, $150/m seo on top of $69/m. Reputation managmenet $69/m, SSL Certificate $100, and other ones. They add up well over $3,500. He just simply thinks he's getting a better product. I told him i can throw in the REP page for him which was not part of the original contract. Will send him details on the rep mgmt. so he can review.

    Called, spoke to Roger, he said he is still waiting on the HIPAA email to get situated on what to do because this is important to them. I had told them to work directly with email companies that specializes in that. He said that some companies offers it within their package. I pointed out to him i've seen many clients in similar scenario and the issue they had was support, many hurdles vs going directly to that compnay. Financially, you end up paying more cause it is "included" in the package.

    called. spoke to Roger. Took my call. very nice. had some more questions that his managers wanted to know which was what the annual fee was (clarified it was month to month and explained why we do this vs others who makes you commit). Had questions about SEO cause other companies charge for it (explained to him it is $20/hr with 25 hrs per month recommendations. Told him to worry about that after the site is launched and optimized, he appreciated the honesty after I pointed out how sketchy SEO companies can be). He will talk to them today and they will prob need the weekend to finalize). Will call early next week to f/u.
