    Dr seem to have site developed by another company. Dr previously mentioned it was on hold cause of issues with the practice acquistion 2 weeks ago. Today he replied to Jessica mentioning he is not ready yet.

    – Dr bought a practice from existing dr. – He’s planning on acquiring another one in the future from a retiring dentist in the area.

    Dr. Naidu called. Very nice. Acquiring a practice from an old-school dr that is out-dated that needs a lot of modern update and marketing. He should be closing by the end of this week if not early next week.

    Went over the Platinum & 360plans going over all the details of the features. Dr stated that there are a lot of cost so he will prob go with Platinum and then upgrade to 360plan which I “agreed” with him.

    Dr likes to post his own articles for blog cause he does a lot of literature, speaking, etc which he knows will help with SEO. Also interested in updating the old listings online which I told him we will help with the G+… for yelp he will do on his own which is easy. Dr understood.

    Overall, it went great, dr and i built a connection and trust.

    Went over all the comparison with us and others. Even went into technical details of the hosting part which dr requested to learn more which he understood all as well. It was a bonus for him.

    At this point, dr wants the info and wants to wait to finalize the practice acquisition which he said is at 90%. Will f/u with him middle of next week which is when he’ll have it finalized. Very hot lead.

Dr now understands to go with ours cause it is better long-term investment. Dr is working on a logo with another guy and will want to start design once he has that.     spoke to DR. Naidu, sent me a theme (template) from pbhs that he likes: http://www.freewaysites.com/dental/?theme=2112-template&preset=Purple&novideo - Dr also asked if we can match their pricing which is $1,225. Told dr that it is template and that he does not own it. Dr was aware it waas a template but didn't know he does not own it. Also pointed out how this will affect his SEO which is important to dr. Dr now understands to go with ours cause it is better long-term investment. Dr is working on a logo with another guy and will want to start design once he has that. DR asked for me to reach out to him next Thur to f/u

    touched based with Dr to see if he is ready to start project. was waiting on teh contract lease and also all the reference for designer to start interview.

    dr. naidu called. got my email. Stated that he appreciate to start but he wants to get ideas first, he has some friends helping him who are graphic designers to come up with colors and reference. Will start towards end of next week/1st week of october. Dr had questions about SEO which i quoted him $25/hr (rec around 20 hrs). dr asked again that he can add this if needed but stated that he should be fine with what we do as far as developing it cause his area is not as competitive. Told dr i'll send him an example of a client of ours on the 1st page for bradenton but general surgeon so he shouldn't have an issue showing up. Dr asked to send more info on what we will do for the SEO Program, will send him links to SEO part of our site.

    spoke to dr. naidu (had called lm). Called dr back. Had more questions regarding the platinum and what is included. Assured dr that I don't have clients in West Bradenton. Dr should have lawyers finalize eerything by end of month. Told dr to start to expedite and if contract finalized in 2 weeks from start, he can pay after.Dr will let mek now by end of the week.

    dr called. had more questions about design process. If he'll be working with 1 designer for both logo and web which i assured him he will which is what he prefers. Also wanted to confirm if there are limitations on design hours which I also assured no because we want our clients to be 100% happy. dr will contact me with any further questions.
