OVerall, dr didn’t know how hosting works. Explained to lindsay how it works and how she will have to buy hosting/support regardless. She said dr thought that after building site. there is no fees needed and it simply can just stay live even without paying us. She now undersatnds and will try to explain to dr.

Lindsey had called. Dr was inquiring what they are paying and what they get on a monthly basis. Dr was in the background talking to her as she was talking to me. Dr was frustrated that he doesn’t see his website anywhere. Expected to be on the 1st page for SEO. His site was only luanched recently with no history.

Dr also thought he owned the site which i explained he doesn’t. Dr claims that i said that which i told lindsey i didn’t. Told her its in our higher packages.

Dr was overall just frustrated and doesn’t understand so I tried explaining to lindsey which she did understand how search engine works. I showed her that her domain was indexed and #1 when she googled the domain name. Gave her overview of how SEO works and how she is competiting again neighboring cities which are very competitive (Glendale, Phoenix, Tempe).

Gave her overview of AD, G+ and SEO and how to get there. She completely understood and told me she’s understands now and it will be difficult to have dr understand. I sent her the original contract that was faxed and also the proposal so she can see on page 2 all the included default features.

Also sent her screenshots of our clients dominating 1st page of google in Peoria (orthodontist) which is in their city so she can have confidence in our knowledge and recommendation. gave her a lot of analogies as well on the different market and the likelihood of showing.

At this point, I am on good terms with Lindsay (office manager) and she completely agrees and understand.

Dr. Lee and his staff was frustrated cause they don’t see their site online when they google. Their site was only launched yesterday.
I spoke to Lindsey first and explained how it works and also discuss adwords. She was going to talk to dr which she did so Dr. Lee called back and was frustrated. I explained and clarified with him on how google works, seo, adwords and G+. Dr undrestands now. Dr was curious about G+ so i told him how it works and what needs to be done. I told him that lindsey mentioned somethign about a google listing that she verified recently. Told him to have that link sent to me so we can link it to the site and then direct patients there to submit reviews so he can get a better chance. I showed him his competitors on google search which he saw the # of reviews. Told him he needs at least those #s to get a chance.

In meantime, pursuaded dr about the PPC and dr will think it over but does somewhat understand now.

Spoke to Lindsey regarding ranking. Lindsey cant find their site. It was just launched yesterday. I told her that this was disucssed with dr. lee prior to web development that for seo it will take time with no guarantee. Recommend Adwords. Gave her overview of adwords and seo. gave her pros/cons as well so she understands the value. Quoted her $500-$750/m depending on the coverage of 3-5 miles. They are near glendale and phoenix. She will discuss with dr and get back to me.

Dr asked to speak to me because he was referred by Dr. Choi. Interested in SEO cause Dr. Choi has great ranking organically and G+ (no seo program).

Dr looking for a basic website as well very minimal pages with a very low budget. Went over the Silver which dr requested a referral discount cause $2,000 is out of his budget, was looking to spend less than a $1,000. Explained to dr the value of our service, quality of work which will help him with the SEO like dr choi. Negoitated with dr which we finally agreed $1,600.

Dr understands SEO is not guaranteed and because site will be brand new it will take some time to build history. His best chance is to focus on the G+ listing.
