    Thus far, it has been difficult to reach Dr. Parikh via cell or at the office. Left messages with his office and voicemail. He seems to only reply to email.

    Had a phone call with him explaining the process (house analogy) and he understood. Set up a temporary site since he did not want to provide notes. Showed him template previews but he did not understand why appropriate pictures werent placed.

    Sent this email after phone call:

    “I tried calling you yesterday regarding the website but you were not immediately available. You mention to call but it seems that when we try to call either cellphone or office you’re with a patient or unavailable. I would need to speak with you to regarding a website we’ve built, but to reduce the time, the site preview is below.

    The Photos still need to be switched out: I am waiting for you to send photos so that I may replace.

    Hope you had a great weekend.
    Belinda who is assigned to this project was personally selected by me who is our most talented and creative designer here. You have to work with her (us) and follow our guide. We work with busy doctors such as yourself so we have created a system that is very streamlined on your end.
    Based on the last note, she had mentioned to you to ignore the photos of the example concept she had sent you but to focus on the overall layout and colors so she can get an idea on what your taste and preference based on your feedbacks. The images will later on adjusted in the next phase as we get closer to the specifications you’re looking for. This is the same with the content which will be also tailored to your specialty only after we start developing the entire site.
    You’ve seen our portfolio on our website and our client’s website proves this point.
    All I would ask if you is to try to make an effort to work with Belinda because I feel like you are not making it difficult for her to do her job if she gets no feedbacks from you. Your feedbacks if any would help her a great deal so each time she sends you an updated draft/concept, it’ll get closer to your full satisfaction. Our designs as stated are literally custom from scratch so we are working with a blank canvas the final masterpiece will be unique and 1 of a kind for you.     Dr called again this morning. Called him back. Conversation was cordial. Dr just asked to clarify what he is getting with his contract which I explained besides the website (no ownership), social media and mobile responsiveness. These are the 2 that dr had asked to make sure is included. I spoke to belinda prior to the call to get an update on the project. Belinda will have a concept ready for his review by end of the day today. Belinda is going to create a concept to TRY to get some feedbacks because at this point, client is not willing to put an effort into providing any feedback except for complaints basically thinkinging that she should know what he wants. I reiterated to the dr again how the design process works and the cooperation we need on his end to make this work. Dr at this point "understands" and stated he will provide some sort of feedbacks for Belinda when he gets it.

    Called to touch base with dr. Very nice. Stated that he is still weighing his between us and officite. Reiterated to dr that we are not comparable with officite in quality and pricing.

    Offered dr that we can match Officite’s offer of $4,000 which will give him custom from scratch vs their custom (template). I will remove ownership since we will add the social media setup.

    Dr mentioned that it was a lot of money and he wasn’t sure if he’ll like it. Told him that I can offer him a 30 day MBG. Pointed out to him that no other company that offer this type of product will take the risk of doing this but we are cause we are confident with the opportunity, he’ll be impressed.

    Dr wants to review it and will get back to me next week.

Gave him disadvantages of the other company and what they offer which is of no value to him. Pointed out the importance of having a website not the reviews and from the website, you regulate the reviews within the site so they can make a decision right there in then. He is in Merriville, IN which is not at all competitive so he shouldn't hav ea prob showing up. Explained to him how SEO works which he understood. The other company also guaranteed him that his site will show up on first page but i told him that is obvious cause his name is unique. Once again, this site is more about reviews and managing it and claims they can remove negative reviews from yelp which is not possible. I explained to him logically how it works which he understood.     dr returned my call cause of the missed call. We ended up talking for over 15 mins clarifying questions that he had. Gave him disadvantages of the other company and what they offer which is of no value to him. Pointed out the importance of having a website not the reviews and from the website, you regulate the reviews within the site so they can make a decision right there in then. He is in Merriville, IN which is not at all competitive so he shouldn't hav ea prob showing up. Explained to him how SEO works which he understood. The other company also guaranteed him that his site will show up on first page but i told him that is obvious cause his name is unique. Once again, this site is more about reviews and managing it and claims they can remove negative reviews from yelp which is not possible. I explained to him logically how it works which he understood.
