    Spoke to Dr. Shah over the phone; had concerns regarding grammatical errors and design issues of the site.

    1. misspells — developers added different buttons with misspells that doctor also caught.
    2. design — felt that home page and website has good starting point but is not wholely-completed

    I apologized for the inconsistencies and assured that this is not Desirae’s partake and we have removed relevant staff members from the account. We went forward with next steps which is to further customize the site. Made suggestions but she didn’t have time.

    I went through website to make sure there aren’t incorrect things and also added to the home page slider. Sent client an outline of how her team page should look like in attempt to “complete” the site.

    We went through your home page and added additional slides. Unfortunately, the last slide (photo of the door) is a portrait photo, therefore doesn’t fit the best. But still, the patterns of the wall and floor look great on the design. If you have additional photos of the office or hallway, please send them as the current one has distracting telephones within the photo.

    We also added shadowing to the slides to make room for taglines per slide. We wanted to be able to market the advantages of coming to your practice.

    Also, your team page is a major selling point of the site and we thought that it could be better structured. It looks empty at this point and we suggest to put any bios at all on there to at least fill in the page and have patients get to know the staff. A few points might need to be updated, but something is better than nothing. We’ve attached how we thought the team page would look best. It’s simply an outline that can be applied if you’re okay with the structure.”

    Dr. Shah filled out the cancellation form with Officite and put the cancellation date as May 2nd.

    Officite sent me the authorization code already, but I am requesting for them to change the A record before initiating a domain transfer since Dr. Shah wants to go live ASAP. We would not be able to change the records during the domain transfer process.

    “i was saying that i am paying double for officite and you guys. also i feel that certain things that should be obvious to your design team are not being noticed. crooked pictures and center justification should be noted and corrected by you guys and not pointed out by me. so far my partner and i are not very impressed considering the extremely high fees we have paid

    Dr. Shah complained about a crooked picture that she sent me, which I fixed for her but then she decided to have it removed instead. Not sure what other “crooked” pictures she is referring to as I do not see it on the website…same thing with center justification.

    I am going to respond to her letting her know that she needs to be more clear and that I have mentioned many times before that the website IS ready to go live so that she can cancel with Officite. They were not very responsive in the beginning of this process, which is why she feels like it’s taking too much time.
