Dr. Grant called – she had been out of the country for the past couple of weeks. She didn’t understand why her site was down, and thought that the fact that she owned her site files meant that the site would stay up. I explained roughly how the hosting arrangements worked. She would like to get her site back up ASAP, and would like to know if getting her account current would make that happen.

Quinetta called regarding the monthly charge, I explained our payment schedule but she explained they were going to host on their own and did not want to go with the monthly plan. She was also upset the second installment was charged on the card she provided, I again explained we automatically charge the card we have on file (we may have to do a refund and then charge on her business card – the payment is pending and may fail). Quinetta said patient forms are included (jotform) within the site. I said that I don’t see it in here but I might be missing something.

Then she asked when marketing is going to start, I said all onsite seo has been done but if she would like additional, to speak to you. She got kinda upset saying that we have hidden fees. Then she brought up your email convo and I confirmed that we did everything you said (meta tags, onsite seo).

millerfamilydental.com – likes the balance of text in this website and whats pt forms and appt form exactly like this.

COLORS: hunter green and grey (will send logo once finished)

LAYOUT: a lot of sections and imagery linking to different pages.

OVERALL FEELING: wants to show they are a comprehensive practice.

PHOTOGRAPHY: only beautiful stock models, no staff/office photos. New practice and would like everything to be ‘pretty’
