Hi Belinda,
I downloaded all the files and uploaded them to our server. Can you get me in contact with the developer or technical contact? The theme files are showing as being child themes to a parent theme that was not sent over. I’ll need all the files. Also I’m not sure why I can’t be given an admin access since sending me the files will take a couple hours to get the site set up vs. 10 minutes if I can get an admin login. Even if you can’t get me an admin login if I can talk with the developers I can walk them through what steps I need from them to migrate it to my server that would save a lot of time.
Dr. Delisle was told it wouldn’t be an issue to have the site stay on our server but when the sites were finished you moved them off our server to yours without any notice to us or request to move them. Please respond asap with our options so we can get this resolved as quickly as possible without further issue. There really should be no reason we can’t be given an admin login to our site or at least the ability to add our plugin to the site so we can migrate it more easily since the files structure we received is a complete mess.

I was told that I could own everything, that this was a custom site, and I notified Danny that I wanted to be in control of everything, not your company. From the sound of Joseph’s last email, this could be a bait and switch. If I don’t have total control of all my sites, I’m gonna be pissed off and aggressively pursue my options. I own offices in Las Vegas, Reno, San Diego, and Beverly Hills. If this turns out to be a bait and switch because you want to keep control over my sites and charge me a monthy fee, I won’t be happy.

Desirae, we have an issue with my websites and I sent an email to your company. Can You please get Danny involved as I am waiting patiently for a response, but am becoming frustrated with each passing day.

Desirae just spoke to me bringing this to my attention.
I had just called your cell phone and left you a message.
Please call me to get this cleared out. There is a big misunderstanding here and there is no “bait & switch”.
We have given Joseph all the files for your site that is sitting on our server which was sent to him. All he needs to do at this point is set it up correctly.
What Joseph is asking is to access our server which is against any companies’ policy. We will be more than happy to help coordinate with him if he is not too familiar with setting up the files on his server.
I understand your frustration but we are not trying to make it difficult for you or anyone. We’ve been doing this for over 12 years and have done many file transfers such as this and the only time there are issues is when the other web developer is not too familiar with the setup & configuration.
