Susan had called. lm for me. Called her back. Played phone tags. As i was leaving a message she called back again.

Spoke to Susan… looking to update their site of 4 years. She is managing the site more than the actual developer…. knows about SEO.

Went over the GOLD Package, covered what we do that is different. Asked about Blog, (quoted $150 per article). Went over design process which she liked how streamlined it was.

Main concern is SEO because 4 years ago, their site disappeared from Google search which i told her that is odd. From our experience it is normal to drop a few position ranking but not disappear but the drop in ranking will stabilize and go back. Makeover will be a huge optimization boost for her which I assured. Also assured her that we do this all the time so we make sure that ranking is preserved. We will handle all the 301 redirects. She wants to make sure to keep page title same too (WE WILL MAKE SURE TO DO THIS).

Convo went excellent, very hot lead, will talk to her partners and get back to me. F/U next week immediately when i am back from vacation.
