Rachel called, mentioned their website was “down”. I checked with Rod and the domain was not being pointed to us. Janelle was a bit upset but I explained the domain was with their own registrar and therefore their responsibility. I called eCentral on their behalf as a courtesy and the domain had expired and was informed the client would need to call back tomorrow as the billing department had closed to renew and point the A record to us. Called Rachel and reiterated these instructions and emailed as well.

client has had history of past due and dr stated it is because of BofA. He wants the articles to publish regardless and if there are issues to try to contact him immediately. Dr was upset that he didn’t see any articles the past 2 months (april/may). Told him we did the articles but we didn’t publish it. Client kept on arguing what’s the point of paying if its not publish, told him what he paid for was done but bc of hte past due, it was in draft mode but once it is cleared, it will be posted. Dr understands now.

Please call Dr. Barbon. I spoke to him regarding billing, and he mentioned he has the credit card in hand ready to give. Because of the past due status, the blog posts were still posted on his website but not social media accounts (April and May). Wanted a “better answer,” possibly waived month or credit, and to speak with someone else.

Marvin, I just spoke to Dr. Barbon, he is currently at a seminar in Vegas so difficult for him to email or call.

Anyhow, dr stated that he approved the draft to go into development so please proceed.

Regarding the Logo, he will talk to his wife to get her approval to proceed with the logo recreation. I had quoted him 2 installments of $250. He will get back to me by early next week.

Dr. Barbon called in inquiring a new makeover. Doesn’t like current template site. Wants a company to make things streamlined on his end requiring minimal work which he came to the right place.

Gave overview of company, discussed Platinum, out of budget and has features he doesn’t need. Was on speaker with his wife. Looking at the $4,000 package which was within budget. Likes to focus on Social (facebook, currently has). Told him we can do $149/m and $4,000 upfront to include social.

He stated he liked westlakefamilyortho.com which i went over with him how this can be used as a reference during the interview.

Seems to want to expedite the design process and wants to make sure his wife will be happy cause she’s picky which I assured them.

Was about to transfer to do interview but dr’s wife wants to review the contract. Also liked that we are month to month.
