Mariam would like to know if we can add plugins to Dr. Guirguis website. She would also like to know if these plugins would cost anything extra. I did inform her that if the plugin cost money, she would be charged for the cost and setup.

Furthermore, she requested admin access again to the wordpress site. I informed her due to security we could not grand admin to her or the doctor.

Please either email or call her by Monday, October 30th.

He said if can’t get admin access for his niece Mariam, he will leave us. Mariam is working on marketing for him. Already offered her to send us changes and we can help that way but doctor would like her to have full access.

Called, kayla transferred me to Patty (manager) and Naveen (Dr’s wife). was transferred to the back office. They pulled up my original email and website to look. Saw some concepts.
Went over what we do. Discussed Platinum but it was too high and they don’t need Logo (already have) and also will setup own social). Don’t care about ownership after introducing Gold, still too high. Went with Silver which is within their budget.
Liked how streamlined our design process is because dr is very busy. Got her to talk to designer today (belinda) to start interview so they can review with the Dr and approve.
Phone was transferred to belinda to do interview and will transfer back to me to get cc payment.
