Had a long phone conference with ANA, super nice. Was afraid to offend us cause of the ugly design Dr. Pasha had which I told her it is ugly which I agreed. She’s trying to help them with SEO and improving the look of the site as well. Suggested ecommerce which i advised against. She doesn’t seem to know much and is more old school with the technics cause she even asked me questions and suggestions.

I agree with her about the custom content and tags and design, etc.

explained to her that they were on a budget at the time and just needed a site up.

Showed her our portfolio which she was very impressed.

Overall, quoted $4,000 for makeover. They provide custom content. Cost will be $50-100 per page in future if they want us to write.

Will implement ecommerce part by using paypay or other ones which they will setup and all we will do is link it directly from the products they have.

She will talk to dr and get back to me. very nice. Call her in a few days to finalize. Only reason not moving fwd maybe pricing depending on Dr. Pasha.

Patients with high blood pressure or history of cardiovascular disease are not candidates and/or patients on any blood pressure medications.

This client was about to cancel, see note below, but got it situated so please contact her to walk her through editor. She had issues login in. thx.

Got a request to call back to discuss cancellation. Spoke to Francesca regarding reason. Found out she is doing SEO with another company for 6 months now at $200/m and also PPC on her own at $10/day.

Pointed out to her $10/day is minimal and will get her nowhere since it is in Orlando. Gave her tips on what we can do to improve this vs what she’s doing right now.

Also pointed out on SEO companies tactic which was consistent with what I had said, especially the part about being “affilated with Google” which they or no one is.

Recommended her to stop the $200/m seo and reallocate this on top of her $300/m PPC totaling $500/m.

Also didn’t know she was able to edit the site herself. Will have someone contact her to show her how to access and use editor.

She will talk to dr about the PPC’s recommendation.
