Sorry haven’t gotten back to you until now. I think we should begin with the consistency between computer and phone. If I look at the website from my phone there aren’t any pictures- just a black screen. The home page shouldn’t have everything contact, email, phone number all at the top. I will take some pics of ours from my phone and examples of what we want so it can be fixed.

Wendi loves the first draft but doctor wants the design exactly like Muse Media Spa. Adjusted the header to match that.

Here’s the initial design concepts for your review. I’ve created a few with a description below:

1. segal-larry-home.jpg – this is an example with an office photo at the top
2. segal-larry-home2.jpg – this is an example with a stock image, the remaining of the layout is the same as above
3. segal-larry-inner.jpg – how a typical page would look like. The top banner can be switched out to appropriate photos to match the text. The area is wide however.
4. segal-larry-services.jpg – how a typical services page would look like. You will still have the dropdown menus however.

Please review these drafts with Dr. Segal and let me know if you have any changes.

Client called – asked to speak with accounting to see how much he is paying – he then called back and spoke with me – said he is upset and wants some money back.

Reason: he had a very bad experience with Marvin (see old notes) – claims that he is not happy with this site – has no functions – no patients from it at all

Addressed to him that he should be receiving stats. Our clients never had called and said they never received it – addressed to him I will make sure he receives it – talked to him about how he should have addressed all his distaste in his design prior to development — told him we do not develop a site unless he has 100% approval of it – addressed his issue regarding no patients as well — told him that his site went live END OF SEPTEMBER – this is not a sufficient amunt of time for him to get on the 1st Page (exposure for his site) – That was why we discussed setting up marketing which we are suppose to do in March – he asked how much he is paying, told him $79/m only – he asked what happens if in 2 months he cancels – told him there is no contract – he is thinking about switching to another company

Brought this complaint up to belinda so she is aware – addressed to Dr. Segal that I am not able to issue any refunds as well – told him I will keep him updated
