Called office was transferred to Dr. – This lead originally request a scheduled ph call over the weekend for Sun.
– spoke to DR. very nice, was in the middle of patients but found time to speak to me. Even during the call, she kept apologizing cause she had to advise her assistant on the patient.
– Dr is looking to rebrand cause she has another location now. May get another new domain, advise to 301 redirect which we will take care to preserve history.
– another issue dr has is her listing online is incorrect, she asked what to do, told her she will need to go to individual one and update herself which was easy. She asked if she needs to do it on all 3 search engine. explained to her how it works which she understood. advise to just search practice name on Google and see what is there then go in and update. It will apply to Yahoo and bing too.
– Will help update her G+ (add as Social Setup in proposal)
– went over what we do and how we differ from TheOnlinePractice (current provider). Did speak to OrthoSesame which she was not a fan and stated they are template like I had point out to her.
– didn’t see our portfolio yet but asked to send over so she can see our work.
– Also wanted to know more about marketing SEO. Told her it is included and that we will update when there are new SEO updates.
– Rec Adwords which she has heard but heard mixed reviews, was told at a meeting that it doesn’t work and FB ad works better. Explained to her that they were prob trying to promote their service and downplayed what they don’t do.
– Explained to her how it works and she did understand how cost-effective it is. Told her we can reconnect on this once the new site launches.
– Dr may want to get a new domain and have this one redirect cause she has 2 location and wants to rebrand.
– Also interested in email blast, will refer her to constantcontact.
– Dr had to go but asked to send over all the info to review. Very nice and hot lead.
