Spoke to Mireya at scheduled time. Basically looking for company to help out with SEO and PPC. She knows a bit about each and understand the importance of each. Knows SEO will take months and does not happen overnight.
Currently has a good flow of patients but wants to target the internet.
Current site they are happy with but wants someone to takeover the hosting and make changes to content and also some graphic work. Told her that graphic work can’t be done by anyone except the original web developer who is not longer available. Site is hosted by another company along with the emails. Told her we can host the site and keep email hosted with current. We can only make updates to content and adding pages but can’t do any graphic work. She understood.
Also discuss email blast which i explaned she can do through Constant contact and the benefits of it. She’s heard of it and will focus on that in the future vs going through a 3rd party company.

Called Mireya within 5 mins. – not looking for makeover cause she is quite happy with the site, just some changes needed.
Looking more for SEO and Adwords
Does know a bit between the 2 but gave her a quick overview of the diff bt the two with regards to the time-frame of getting on 1st page.
Told her how PPC works with us vs others.
She stated she had to go but wants to continue our talk later on today at 2pm which i will call. She did sound preoccupied with noises in the background as if she is on her way out of house.
