1. Homepage – one of the banners states that we proudly serve those “in active duty,” but it should state “on active duty.”

2. At the bottom of the page, there is a map showing the location of the office, but the pin is on the wrong building. Is there any way to change that?

Dr had emailed with concerns that he can’t find his site. Told him it was only launced last week which I had explained it takes some time for his site to be indexed. Also saw his G+ listing which is not updated althought his listing was claimed and verified by him. Same thing, told him to be patient with that.

Overall, he shouldn’t have a problem showing up under “oak harbor oral surgeon”

Can you please take a look at their domain setup.

It seems like when their patients type in “www.keyesoralsurgery.com”, the site is not loading but when you type in without the “www”, its fine.

Please take a look and let me know so i can respond to client. Thanks.

Services posts have been removed from category but still show up in the previous/next links at bottom of pages. For example…

Bridges post has been removed but When you are under the dental implants, at the bottom right side of the page it says :Next Service: Bridges”

Dentures, Partial Dentures, PFM Restoration, and Provisional Restorations all need to be removed from previous/next links.

The photo with Dr. Keyes and his family needs to be fixed. Depending on the device (mobile or desktop), the bottom half of the photo is cut off.

1. Add commas to “Local Friendly Expertise” on the homepage.
So should be, “Local, Friendly, Expertise.”

2. Homepage slider – where it says “A friendly staff to meet all your needs.” The Dr. would like it to say “A friendly team focused on your comfort.”

3. Change slider speed to change about every four seconds.

F/U to go live. LM with receptionist (Michael) and also emailed all emails on file . Notified the latest changes and for them to call back or email.

Under the Services tab a few services need to be removed. Bridges, Dentures, Partial Dentures, PFM Restoration, and Provisional Restorations.

Under Home on the icon where it says Comfortable patient centered care” the doctor would like it to be changed to “Local Friendly Expertise”

Please call back. They requested password for our GoDaddy account, I did not provide that. Inquired further and they wanted to know more of Office365 for encrypted emails.

On the home page, the picture of the doctor’s family gets cut off when they size of the browser window is changed. Please have it change sizes like the services below.

1. If you view the home page the picture of my family has the kids on the bottom of the picture getting cut off.

3. All of the articles on the articles page are about brushing teeth, flossing, halitosis. These are all great articles, but I would rather have articles that pertain to oral and facial surgery. The articles in this section right now would be more appropriate for a general dentist.

4. We need a page called “Forms” with the intent of allowing patients to preregister, and get all their forms filled out before coming into the office. I will have a link from a company called PBHS that can be used.

5. We also need a page called “For referring doctors.” This page should have a link to our online referral form, as well as a brief paragraph thanking them for referring the patient to our office

6. Under the “other procedures” tab, there are procedures that a general dentist does. Cosmetic dentistry, fillings, teeth whitening, cleanings, and several other things that a dentist does, and that I don’t do. Danny said you guys specialize in websites for oral surgeons, there must be a list of procedures that oral and facial surgeons do. They would be things like wisdom teeth, implants, bone grafts, corrective jaw surgery, facial cosmetic surgery (not cosmetic dentistry), facial trauma surgery, reconstructive facial surgery, biopsy and removal of pathology of the facial structures

7. The section called “anesthesia” should be called “Sedation.” The content shouldn’t be about making someone numb, but instead about offering general anesthesia to our surgical patients.

For menu BG please make flat color not gradient.

For circle in front of hero, can you make the bottom section that says “patient centered care” solid blue, there is a slight white stroke in-between the circle’s stroke and that section’s BG. (Attached)

For hero, there should be 4 slides. In PSD, they are labeled along with the “slogan” that belongs to them.

For contact form section, please make gradient more smooth. If need to adjust the starting lightness and ending darkness to make smoother, please do so.

For the 6 featured services, at certain viewports, the text runs into the buttons.

That sounds perfect actually! Here is an example of that in action. I had to put that box around it so that is consistent on all slides and readable for the slides that have a lot of color/objects going on.

We can always change the wording after development and even after we are live.

Here is a concept based on our discussion. I incorporated your logo and logo colors for the entire design. I added a picture of you and your family and adjusted the services section per your recommendation.

For the slide, I had to put a solid background so that your logo’s graphic could be seen. I know we didn’t want a solid navigation bar, so the best option was to make your logo a centerpiece since it is a very intricate graphic that you should show off.

Dr was very nice, stated that his name is pronounced as “cais” cause I told him i always that it was “keys”. He brought up the car dealership “keys of van nuys” which he is famniliar cause he went to school in SF. We basically connected before we started discussing the webiste.

he mentioned his wife is a big part of this business and she was prob the one submitted the form.

He saw our gallery and really liked our work. I went over what we do that is different and taught him the diff between our designs vs others which he was not aware (template, custom and custom from scratch).

Likes sites to be able to request appt. asked about updates if there are extra charges in future. Asked about videos, will refer him to 3D4 video so he can see ($20/m extra).

Sent dr info so he can review with his wife. Pointed out our high reviews which thought was cool. WIll provide our new design concepts so he can see our recent work and what to expect. Hot lead.
