Jake called to get this website “files”? Or domain transferred out. I emailed him yesterday that his domain is with register.com and we do not have access.

He does not have ownership therefore we do not send him files.

Jake called and spoke with Jessica – is a bit upset regarding his domain renewal and SEO – i called him back – he is on the 1st page of Google for Alexandria Funeral Home – he said he thought he was getting more with his “package” – he mentioned he paid a lot to us for a template and some on-site work – he is going to look at a local company for off-site work – asked him why when we helped assist him with the site and he is on page 1 of Google – he just said now after looking around and comparing prices, he just felt he could have gotten a better deal – told him that is not the impression our clients have of us – told him his site was from scratch and that all services that we have gone over and that is on the proposal has been rendered – he said its fine – he had to leave and take another call

Domain inquiry, he mentioned he is getting messages the domain is expiring soon, thought it was with us. I did not see it in our GoDaddy account. Please call 859-816-5364.

Bernice Bergelt, 85 of Independence, KY passed away on November 17th, 2016 at home surrounded by her family. She spent many years working at St. Elizabeth Hospital in their Housekeeping Department. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Albert Bergelt.

She is survived by her son; Paul (Sherry) Bergelt, daughters; Sharon (Fred) Crail, Shirley (Rick) Kuper, Denise Shell, and Kimberly Reusing, and a sister Flora Lou Hefner, along with with 27 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held at Cooper Funeral Home in Alexandria on Wednesday, November 23rd, 2016 from 9am -12 noon, with a prayer service following. Burial will be at St. John’s Cemetery. Madeline Margaret Schmidt, 86 of Alexandria, KY passed away October 4th, 2016 at Cold Spring Transitional Care. She was retired from Kenner Toys. She was preceded in death by her husband Edwin Schmidt in 1977.

She is survived by her daughters Linda (Terry) Carmack and Chen Zheng Ar-Rashid, and 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Thursday October 6, 2016 at Cooper Funeral Home in Alexandria from 9am-11am, with services beginning at 11am. She will be laid to rest at St. Stephens Cemetery. In lui of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Elizabeth Hospice .

Charlene Pollitt, 64, of Georgetown, Ohio, passed away September 20th, 2016 at Hospice of Hope. She had worked as factory worker in the Lottery Industry.

She is survived by her husband Gary Pollitt.

A visitation will be on Tuesday October 4th, 2016 at Cooper Funeral Home in Alexandria from 10am~12 noon. Services will begin at noon, with the burial to follow at their family cemetery.

Donald Leroy Hendricks, 75, of Butler, Kentucky passed away Saturday October 1st, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Hospice. He was born May 30th, 1941 to the late Leslie and Effie (Morgan) Hendricks. He worked as a Mechanic for over 40 years at Trapp & Sons John Deere Sales and as factory worker at Pittsfield in Butler, KY until his retirement. He was well known in the community for his specialty work on Stihl chainsaws and took great pride in that and enjoyed helping others. He loved especially to fish and hunt and spending time with his family and his little dog Rocko. He was a long time member of the Pendleton County Sportsman Club. He was preceded in death by his wife Margaret (Collins) Hendricks , and also his brother Leslie (Speed) Hendricks.

He is survived by his daughters; Nena(Steve) LaFollette, Sharon ( Mike) Perrin, & Christina Richmond, granddaughters; Rachelle Nadler, Lindsey (Dirk) Bertram, Allison Perrin, & Kelcie LaFollette, grandson; Caleb Richmond, great grandsons; Kasen Bertram, Korbin Bertram, Kolton Bertram & Kole Morgan, brothers; Oliver Hendricks, Richard Hendricks, Clifford Hendricks and a sister Peggy Kidwell.

A visitation will be held at Cooper Funeral Home in Alexandria on Tuesday October 4, 2016 from 5-8pm. Services will be on Wednesday at the funeral home beginning at 11am, with a burial to follow at the Butler Cemetery. Memorials if desired are suggested to the St. Elizabeth Hospice Care .

Carol Jean Nagel, 74 , of Florence, KY passed away on September 23rd, 2016. She was retired from L&N Railroad as a laborer.

She is survived by her children; Kevin Nagel and Bill Nagel, brother; Evan Ebaush, sisters; Ella Tomlin and Joyce Ann Cummins, 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her children Rhonda Edgley and Keith Nagel.

Services were private. Cooper Funeral Home served the family.

Vernon “Ed” Herdman, 58 of Covington, KY passed away September 17th, 2016 at Bridgepoint Health Care. He was preceded in death by his daughter Heather Herdman.

He is survived by his wife Kathy Herdman, children; Brian Simpson, Vernon Herdman Jr., Stephen Herdman, Maggie Egbert, and Kelli Herdman, siblings; Mike Brown, Paul Brown, Debbie Morris, Ruby Jones and Teresa May, 15 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

A visitation will be held at Cooper Funeral Home on September 24, 2015 from 5-7pm, with 7pm services. Graveside burial will be on Sunday at 12 noon at Locust Grove Cemetery.

Robert G. Gross,86 of Newport, KY, passed away September 17th, 2016. He was an Army Korean War Veteran and had retired from Meade Corporation after 40 years. He loved nothing more than going to the beach for vacation so he could just spend time with his family, and heading out for deep sea fishing with his 3 sons. He was preceded in death by his children; Gary Lee Gross and Carolyn Profitt, along with 11 brothers and sisters.

He is survived by his loving wife Frances, children ; Bobby Len (Ruth) Gross, Larry (Cindy) Gross, Sharon (Todd) Dawn and 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday September 21, 2016 at Cooper Funeral Home in Alexandria from 10am~12 noon, with services beginning at 12 noon. Burial will follow at Alexandria Cemetery.

Shirley Ann Brown, 53 of Silver Grove , KY passed away September 19th, 2016. She was a member of St. Philip’s Parish, St. Philips Boosters and Mother’s Club.

Tena Maria Harris, 51, of Alexandria, Kentucky, passed away on September 12, 2016. David Joseph Reis, 20 of 12 ~ Mile, KY went to his home in heaven on September 11th, 2016. He was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Church and a 2015 graduate of Campbell County High School. He will always be remembered for his sweet gentle smile, but yet fun and adventurous ways of life. If he wasn’t working, you could find him in the woods hunting with his brothers , fishing or out mudding with his friends. He was one to never let anyone be sad, he always tried to make people smile. He lived life to the fullest and cherished everyone that crossed his path.

He leaves behind his loving parents Chris and Mary Lee Reis, siblings Christopher (Jenny) Reis, Suzanne (Steve) Weghorn, Jonathan Reis, Andy (Kelsey )Reis and Stephanie Reis, nieces; Sophia Weghorn and Kaitlyn Reis, and his grandfather Norb Franzen. He was preceded in death by his brother Matthew Reis, and grandparents; Alvin and Eileen Reis and Jeanette Franzen.

A memorial visitation will be held at Sts. Peter and Paul Church on Thursday from 4-7pm, with a mass beginning at 7pm, with the burial immediately following.

Joan June Wehrman (nee Vogel), of Grants Lick, passed away on September 8th, 2016 at her home on the family farm surrounded by her loving family, where she and her husband William founded Seven Wells Vineyard and Winery. She was the daughter of Margaret and George Vogel. Joan graduated from Notre Dame Academy in 1951 and then graduated from St. Elizabeth School of Nursing in Covington, KY in 1954. She worked at St. Luke Hospital for over 20 years where she dedicated her career to helping others. She was married to husband William for 58 years. Her life was devoted completely to her family. She took on the titles of volleyball and softball coach, Mother’s Club president and overall neighborhood nurse. Joan reveled in the importance of remembering the value of living in a simpler time and this belief system set its roots in a family that will forever honor her code. She and her husband worked diligently to put six children through catholic school while encouraging them to chase their individual dreams.

She is survived by her children; Kris (Cecil)Christopher, Karen (Greg)Smith, Doug (Stephanie)Wehrman, Sue Wehrman, Greg Wehrman and Amy (Jill) Wehrman, her grandchildren; Amanda Watts, Katie Shadoan, Abby Christopher, Andrew Seales, Alli Wehrman, Megan Wehrman, Austin Danhoff, Abby Danhoff, Blake Wehrman and Kylee Wehrman and her sister Mary Carol Havlin. Imogene Murphy Govan, 73 of Newport, KY passed away on September 2, 2016 at St. Elizabeth in Edgewood. She was retired from St. Elizabeth in Edgewood where she had worked in their laundry department. She was preceded in death by her son, Joseph Govan in 1988.

She is survived by her children; Charles Govan Jr. , Kenneth Govan, Tina Govan (& Tim Donnelly) and Cheryl Lawson, brother; Tom Murphy, and grandchildren; Kimberly Govan, Charles Govan III, Bethany Govan, Joseph Govan, Niki Lawson, Shannon Combs, Jennifer Roseberry, Clay Govan and Kyle Govan and 19 great grandchildren.

Mildred Centers, 82, of Independence, KY, passed away on September 1, 2016. She was retired, for many years, she owned the Ranch House Restaurant, in Alexandria, KY. After moving to Kentucky, she worked for the Flattman Co. for 28 years before retiring. She is survived by daughter, Robin Centers, Sisters, Lucy Davis and Goldie Johnson, brothers, Charles Jones, Pete Jones, Jimmy Jones and 4 grandchildren, Daesha, Thomas, Miyah, and Camden. She was preceded in death by her father, mother, 3 sisters, and 3 brothers. A visitation will be held at Cooper Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 7, from 4pm-8pm. Beverly Miller, 56, of Dayton, Kentucky, passed away on August 25, 2016.
