I noticed you guys made the changes we requested to our website, thank you! We were thinking that we would like the smile gallery on its own tab, and for testimonials to go under services.

Under procedures, if you guys can remove root canals (we don’t do those in our office) and rearrange all other procedures. I would place Invisalign, Veneers, Teeth Whitening, Crowns, Onlays, Fillings first in that order and TMJ, Dentures last. Also, As far as the gift of the month goes, can you make the tab more noticeable? The gift of the month promotion is going to be specific and will be changing on a monthly basis. I attached a flyer of our current promotion to this email. We can update you as we change our promotions. Thank you!!

Sent Drs. email with new design drafts. Waiting on feedback.

Client saw the color combos and thinks the menu bar is too bright. She’s on board with the current blue with a tuape or calming color for the menu/accent. Her main concern is that the logo does not pop. Told her the blue is too bright, therefore hard to choose another color for logo.

Please come talk to me about options we can do.

Client is having an issue with the coloring of her menu bar. I explained that when we develop the site, we can’t make major changes to it with exceptions:

– slider image changes
– menu bar color
– heading fonts/font colors and css.

Please adjust their PSD so that we don’t use the yellow color. She wants the design to stand out much more. I’m thinking she wants a brighter green color? magenta? Can you change menu bar to a few different “vibrant” colors and send to her?

Email Dr. Marian Bradford and CC me, introducing yourself that you are assisting me with the project. Ask her for feedback on the coloring and if she has a preference.

I want to put in writing what we discussed on the phone.

1)There needs to be some contrast between the images on the website and the header and font colors. Everything blends and noting stands out. The yellow header color is not appealing. The font size, type, color of the Premier Dental logo needs to be improved to draw the eye to it.

2)Please rotate the various images on the main page and use more vivid colors not just blue and neutrals that blend in with the background.

3)The various categories on the main page should be better organized. The “Office” tab should fall under “About Us.”
The “Dental Videos” tab should go under the “Services” tab pairing the service with the appropriate video.

4)Under Invisalign on the service tab, please note the distinction of being “Premier Providers.” We’ve done more Invisalign cases that the majority of other providers in the entire country.

5)We had requested that the afflictions noted for various organizations be removed, ie ADA, OCDS, etc. They still appear in our biographies. Please removed those from there as well.

I think if we can get the above complete, we will be off in the right direction.

Dr. Bradford does not like the website at all. She listed everything from rotating pictures, to menu structure and logo.

I told her the original site she had emailed had very light colors and we did the same layout practically, but she didn’t like the colors.

Then she went into the detail: likes the rotating images and how the image has a plain background with bright focal point. She was getting frustrated because nothing is what she imagined. Told her that I would need more feedback to see what it is that is missing. So far, she hasn’t said anything regarding the site, therefore I don’t know what is the issue. Went into detail of her approving the layout, but if she wants to change menu bar color, we can.

Overall, she’s having a hard time articulating what it is, so I requested that she send all the changes including text so that I may complete those items. This might change her perspective of it, it might not. But let’s start with that then see if we need to re-design or fix certain areas.

She will send those changes as a start.

Submitted three additional color versions via email (did not fit in CP). Suggested that we move into development since there’s only menu colors that she would like to change. Asked if there’s anything else besides those items. (OKay’ed to change menu bar after development)

1. veneers: change photo to veneer photo rather than a wave.
2. make the photo black and white on dental implants and veneers. leave invisalign as color (we’re showing the doctor BW with colored hover state)
3. change the tan out to another color that matches the website. the tan is too boring for her, she wants more life into the design. Please send a few different options.

I have re-arranged a few things to make the design look a bit more interesting and much more brighter. I had recolored a few things as well per your recommendation.

For the comment about pictures not having to be of people, I wasn’t sure if that comment was meant for the three boxes where the services would reside. To cover all bases, I have included images that represent a different style so you have an idea of what it would look like. The implants image is more technical, invisalign image is lifestyle, and the veneers image is landscape. You can definitely have all 3 types, but if you wanted to stick to a certain type for all 3, please let me know.

I think the overall look of the page is good. I think we need to change all text in white to another color, either black or a brighter blue. I want the webpage to look calm but not boring or washed out. Maybe adding a few more vibrant images would also help. These images don’t necessarily need to be of people.

Here is your draft adjusted with majority of the brown tones removed. The remaining brown tones were lightened. The blues were also lightened and used to match your Logo’s blue. We also replaced the main image to help make the design overall brighter and vibrant.

Here is the design draft based on what we talked about on the phone. I went a little more light-hearted with the main image banner. Let me know if this works for you or if you wanted to go for something more like the “Veneers” image below. Also note that the middle invisalign image the end result of a hover effect much like these: http://tympanus.net/Development/HoverEffectIdeas/ I opted for having invisalign in the 3 main “features” due to your note about being a premiere provider for invisalign in order to give it extra emphasis. Let me know if you feel this is too redundant with the premiere provider indication below.

– Dr is in process of gaining control of his domain from current web provider. Dr should soon and remove the current web as an admin.
– Dr wants to cancel with the web provider asap due to bad experiences and empty promises.
– they have emails so please preserve their email settings
– Dr will provide login credentials to domain once he retrieves the login from ENOM.com

– we will put up a temp site (told dr around 2 business days). I have referred LAURA (office manager) to our optizign template to select. She will call me with a design to use.
– use the live site for reference and carry over anything you feel that can be used to personalize on the temp site. Do not spend too much time on this… dr understands it is very simple and more of a place page.

AFTER TEMP SITE is UP:

Website (Platinum): $6,000 + $149

Called Dr. Pham within 1 min. Dr requested a scheduled call but didn’t put a day/time so i called to setup. Dr was on our site so I ended up talking to him. Very nice. Was put on speaker to speak with his partner DR. Bradford (she, very nice)
– had a site with Prosite, canceled and switched to New Patients. Not happy with them cause he’s doing page speed test with Google test and his site scored low. Pointed out to him to run ours and run New Patients. He did see how we scored.
– he’s more focused on marketing and SEO and feels that this test effects his seo which i pointed out it does.
– Also pointed out Prosites is Template and New Patients is also template but customized template (still template). Dr was told it was a custom design but agreed cause he did noticed on his site he was limited and sections with empty info.
– Showed him Dr Mansouri’s site how she dominates in Ad, G+ and SEO.
– went over Gold & Platinum and also 360 Plan whicih they seem interested in cause of SEO. Dr asked if ok to upgrade and downgrade in future if they go with Platinum first.
– also asked about any special. Told them that we had a “CDA Special” back in May but expired but can extend for only GOLD and Platinum not 360 Plan. It was 6 months. They sounded very interested.
– overall felt deceived by New Patients cause the bolstered a lot of things such as Google hosting which is important for SEO. Told him it does not effect and it does not mean that they are connected to Google for endorsements. Explained to him the difference which he understood and agreed.
– Also was told WordPress was not ideal by some companies but he read conflicting reports. Explained to him that these companies will downplay WordPress if they are not familiar with it. Told him it is the most popular and recommended today and many companies are switching html to WP.
– Dr asked to point out to him if i can show on the backend how it is a template which i told him i will.
– Sent dr an email with proposal, pointers and concept examples.
Very hot lead. Dr asked to reconnect after getting email.
