We’ve been getting a lot of compliments with our website from patients routinely.
I did notice we were not receiving e mails from patients using the website lately and when I went on the site to check it out discovered that the area where people can contact the office is no longer there.
Is there a reason that the contact office box where people can write questions was removed?

Also, you will be contacted by a company called Birdseye in the next couple of days. They are a company we are using to help us generate some attention online. Please let me know if you have any questions

Email past due $65 for web.

I am trying to incorporate this logo (see attachment) next to the logo on the main website page which is labeled ICOI.
I tried to do this using the editing tool but was unable to do so hence I am seeking guidance.

Please add a custom css to reduce the margin around menu items so the whole menu fits in one line.

can you see into adjusting the font size to either 12 or 13?

“Excellent Danny! Thanks, that definitely helps the problem. One last question, I’m trying to adjust the font size from what appears to be a size 11 font to a 13 (or perhaps a size 12 times new roman). Just because the biggest criticism from people viewing the home page and the new patients page (where the paragraphs and links are) is the text appears to be small. Please note there is no problem with the Titles or headings…. just paragraph fonts. I tried to increase it on my own but dont appear to have the capability.

“Thank you guys for getting the site online as quickly as you did. I appreciate both of your help. I will hopefully have the 5 images for you by the end of this week so we can upload them onto the site. The two questions I have relate to the following:
1) On three different random computers, the website does not appear to be viewing properly (Either the logo is cut off, “dedicated to quality service” overlaps light and conforti, the address and phone number are hidden by the selections menu on the top of the screen) What can be done about this? I have included three separate screen shots to exemplify the issue

2) is the website have a version that is compatible with mobile? as you can imagine if we cant get it to display properly on a full size desktop, it appears very jumbled on a cell phone.

Just need to focus on #2. There is an issue when you view it on mobile. The logo is cut off

Also view attached screenshot dr sent over regarding #1 so you are aware. I had responded back to Dr and cc’d you in there with the issue and why he sees that.

Dr has the contact person to change the A-record/DNS when ready to go live. Just give him instructions to forward to the other company who is handling their domain. This company is different from their current web company who took their site offline.

Called dr, was transferred to him. Dr was extremely nice. Told him i noticed his current site is down which is bad for SEO, he said i was right cause there was an issue with the company managing it “CGI”, they basically took the site offline after Dr had called complaining about SEO updates cause they have fairly good ranking, they wanted him to renew the contract but dr told him he needs to research first but they jsut took it offline.
Told dr the importance of the site being online asap (was only offline for 1 day). Told dr we can put a temp site up in the meantime which takes about 2-3 days.
Dr currently talking to Officite and TNT and stated we are on the high side, Discussed GOLD then downgrade to SILVER. Dr stated officite quoted $1,350 + $65/m which i told him it was template. Dr told me if i can do the same as Officite, he’ll go with me cause he likes talking to me and wants to make sure I will be his point of contact in the future. He said to send the contract so he can review with his partner then he’ll get started. Very nice and hot. Went aggressive cause he will make a decision soon
