Michelle,
Per our conversation, I understand you wanted to go with another company due to some services that you think we did not offer.
I really do not want you to compromise the quality of your site (which helps converts NEW patients) due to some services that are not as effective as your site.
As you had addressed, the company in which you may be going to, offers:
Patient Survey
Google+ Management & Set Up (for reviews)
What I am offering at no additional cost:
Patient Survey form on the site
Google+ Design & Set Up with Consulting on how to Utilize
Reputation Management (Personal Listing)
Patient Survey (Short & Quick)
Our company will create a form on your site for patients to fill out a survey and be submitted to the emails in which we have created or is on file for your practice.
Google+ Page & Reviews (VERY IMPORTANT)
I have mentioned to you that in order for a patient to post a Google+ review, they will need to have a gmail account to actually post a Google+ Review.
Patients who DO NOT have a Google+ account will then have to create an account & input personal information just to create a one time review. This pretty much is a barrier between the patient and your reviews.
As you can see, set up is easy which can be done by a provider, but getting reviews depends solely on the patient themselves if they want to invest time in their day to write you a review.
I will be able to consult with you and tell you things my clients have done in the past that has worked out for them and what has not.
Lastly, since we are creating your site, I will be able to DESIGN your page as well to keep the branding the same.
Reputation Management (Personal Listing)
For those valuable patients that like your service BUT DO NOT want to create a gmail or yelp account to write you a review, they can simply go to your reputation management listing in which we have created for you.
The beauty of this is that you will be able to get more reviews because patients can simply rate you how many stars, write their name, and their testimonials… then submit it.
You will be able to CONTROL what is posted as well — delete bad reviews, etc…
Essentially you can have an iPad in the office and asked if they have a Gmail or Yelp account, if they don’t they can write a review on your business site.
I’ve attached an example of our client who is on the 1st Page for his reputation management listing (WHICH SHOWS ABOVE YELP!!!):
keep28.com
Dr. Neal Mortensen’s Testimonial
1st Page for ” Newmarket Dental Centre ” — showing in Map & Organic Section
Please do reconsider and I really do look forward to working with you.
If you order by the end of this month, I will provide these services mentioned above for you.
Thank you,
