Hi Justin,
I do not have a phone yet in the office that I am currently working which is why calling is hard to get a hold of me. We actually recently decided that we will not go with the company we were going to go with due to the work load we would have to put in. I know that in the past you mention that we would try to work out the pricing, will the initial cost still be two payments of $2,999?
Also, are we able to have forms online that patients can submit right on our page instead of pdf format?

Hope you had a great weekend! I apologize I have not got back to you sooner but thank you for following up. I have gone over everything with Dr. Hiers and we will be going in a different direction with our website but was wondering if we wanted to use your SEO optimization and your pay per click marketing among other things, would we still be able to work in that department with you in the future?

I apologize I wasn’t able to get back to you sooner. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to get a final decision from Dr. Hiers but will let you know as soon as I do. Thank you for your patience but since we have lost a doctor recently, both our current doctors are extremely busy and hard to get a hold of but I will do my best to get you an answer by this Friday.
