Michael had an issue with the site not being updated that it showed errors at the top of the screen. Explained this was due to Enfold theme not being updated. Told him there’s only 3 options:

1. wait for enfold update
2. recode the site to our theme
3. revert wordpress updates

He persisted that we promised to keep the site safe and online. Explained we can only troubleshoot OUR theme, other than that it would just be hosting, updating plugins and WordPress when available. Escalated the call to Danny and Danny agreed that we need to recode the site to prevent future issues.

I found the update and went with #1, we found the update for him but this is the only time that we will update. explain in future we will not be able to automatically find this. Suggested that he recode the site.

At this point, he does not understand the scope or refuses to understand (thinks we’re ‘nickeling and diming’).

$250, he will loose yoast SEO. Approved per Dr. F.

Comparing theme and wordpress update.

Web site was down earlier and possible hack.

Dr. Coscarelli called to point out that his website was having issues earlier. He was getting reports that his website was down and employees in his office were not able to view it. Opened in Chrome, I was able to view it on my end but code is showing at the top:

Spoke to GoDaddy, they said they could not identify the problem as it was not happening at the time of the call. 1. move content for these 3 pages from Pages to under Portfolio Items.
