Called Suzanne, was transferred to her. Extremely nice. Dr asked her to research other companies to do comparison. Dr was talking to DDS MultiMedia from a dental convention (coincidentally i spoke to another lead an hour earlier who had met them at convention but regret signing up with them cause they were aggressive and charged them for services they haven’t started, was skeptical). I told her that I can have her speak to Meredith from Dr. Song cause i just spoke to her so she can share her experience but will wait to get her consent. She was excited to do that so she can tell dr to avoid cause she was skeptical too.
Suzanne stated that they originally offered $3,000 but reduced it to $1,500. Told her it is a template and not comparable to what we do. Did go over our Gold and Platinum package. Budget will be an issue cause other company offers $1,500. Told her that we can reduce to $3,000 (remove ownership and exclusivity). This will be for parent site and all the additional location (Opening 2nd soon and 3rd in the future), we can use this as the branding then duplicate at $1,500 each location. Gave her perspective on the importance of quality and the $1,500 diff to get custom vs a template and how it will pay for itself immediately. She did agree.
She did see our G+ review and saw the 1 negative one which she said it is normal.
