Client called inquired about her package – told her what comes with it – she said she does not agree with the monthly – explained to her again (once before via email) – why there is a monthly fee (technical and policy) – client wants to be charged on the 1st which does not make sense because her cycle is the 23rd of each month – charged 4 days ago – told her I am not able to alter our payment policy – we moved onto conversating about getting the site done by the 1st of April – told her to work with Desirae on that

Happy Monday! Based off of your recent feedback, I have updated the design draft below. I think it looks beautiful! It definitely encompasses the feel of “Gentle Touch” and is overall a very elegant design. All of the other inner pages will have the same design & style as well.

Please keep in mind that you will be able to see the functionality of the buttons, links, etc. once the website is developed and we can change the text and images in the next step of this process. If there are no further changes to the colors or layout of the design, would you like to approve so we can send it to development?

Hello I like it just few changes. I like the picture but it will be better if there is a male figure to make it look like a family. The little tabs in the middle will like to be more like “Our Team” with pictures of myself, I have an associate I will send you her pic once she gives it to me, my staff group and my hygienist the one in purple. , “New Patients” here put the office visit, forms ( which I will send to you), Financial info, “services” here you put the ones you put like common procedures, premium tx, etc. at the bottom I like it but will like to have a tab where if possible pt will press on it an call us , or send a email to schedule an apt. I also want you to put in an area noticeable that we speak Spanish.
