As a followup email, please allow this email to formally disengage Optimized 360 in creating the previously discussed websites due to Optimized 360s inability to perform on promised items to me.

The websites were never fulfilled and as promised by Justin I am expecting in writing today, 7/8/16, confirmation that my deposits be refunded in full.

Also note, that these were just deposits and not payment of any sort.

I will wait for your response today for confirmation, otherwise I will speak with my Bank regarding charges that are no longer authorized.

Sam called stating that the website has nothing on there and it is no where near done. He does not like our process, time frame and the designer. He was livid, upset, cursing and wanted a refund. Tried to see what was wrong bc there were no indications. Specific complaints:

– time: same design for 3 weeks but no traction (explained on avg it takes about 4-6 weeks to get website up)
– no content (which i pointed out to him that there is content and read each page, he confirmed)
– no custom content (he called it “interactive”): nothing has been written down for him, no one asked him about custom content (explained that we write up content from him but would need his feedback into which topics; still insisted that someone should’ve asked him)
– zip code is wrong 85015 is the zip (fixed)
– blonde girl was supposed to be removed and he had asked repeatedly (jan said he just wanted to focus on hispanic but did not specifically mention blonde)

Explained to client that this is the first time that we hear that he’s frustrated bc he seemed to like and approve design. If we knew about this prior, we would definitely switch designers or find solutions to any issues. He asked for us to figure out what we can do for him; I let him know he needs to let me know what he’s looking for. Explained our process and what we offer but nonetheless still need his feedback.

Based off of our last discussion and email, I have compiled two new design drafts for your review.

Just to provide an update, I have updated the following down below:

– Changed the rose flower in the background to a sunflower
– Increased the size of the address & phone phone number on top
– Changed patient info to patient forms
– Changed schedule an appointment to make an appointment
– Updated the featured section to the following: Whitenings, Emergencies, Cosmetic Dentistry, Dental Exams & Cleanings
– Added more Hispanics, less white people and a little bit of African Americans
– Added “Open on Saturdays, We offer Same Day Appointments, All Major PPO Plans & Delta Dental Accepted”
– Changed payment plans to payment options
– Changed discount plans to in-office dental plan
– Changed make an appointment to request an appointment
– Updated the office hours
– Added Google maps
– Removed Site Links

Both design drafts are similar in overall theme but have unique differences between one another to provide variety. Both emphasizes consumer information such as business address, business phone number, business hours, payment plans, and discount plans. They have light color scheme revolving around brown/cream with floral textures. They utilize multi-ethnic patients to appeal to your demographic. The overall vibe is open, approachable, and straight-forward.

Can you also provide a .pdf file of your logo so that I can update the logo for the design drafts? In the meantime, we utilized the logo currently present on your website.
