First, I would like to apologize for any misunderstandings as the websites are set for review at the moment and should be delivered for your review tomorrow. As we have previously discussed, it takes about a week for the design to be developed, reviewed, and published. We last spoke on June 29th and tomorrow will be exactly one week. Please let me know where in the design that you are unhappy with as I was under the impression that you approved the design.
In regards to the last email that you have sent me, I have received them and will make sure that the provided content for the list of insurance accepted, discount plans, and payment plans are added appropriately. As for your pictures and profiles for the doctors, just let me know when they are ready so that I can add that to the websites as well.
If you would like to make both websites go live immediately, I can do so with the 19th Avenue location, however, I would need access to the southphoenixdentist.com domain. I’ve also CC’ed Justin, your account manager, in this email thread as well.
