I accidentally called him (intention to call a different paul). Ended up talking to him. He still hasn’t decided on who to develop the new site for him cause he s been busy. He ended up wanting to talk to me asking more questions. More on the Adwords. I sent him screenshots of 2 of his competitors in Modesto (spyfu) so he can get an idea. It is about $600-$800/m. For Turlock, will be prob around $300-$500/m

Dr called. Has 3 locations, 2 locations he wants to focus on dominating 1st page organically (Modesto & Turlock) which shouldn’t be a problem at all the other location, it can be added to Turlock, doesn’t need a separate site to save cost. He already as 2 live sites that needs makeover. Comparing us with Sesame Comm and Miso Web. Really likes Miso designs vs us cause ours are ok. I emailed him while on the phone some of our new design concept which he really liked and wondered why we haven’t put these type of designs on our portfolio. This gave him a bit more confidence. I offered him a 30-day MBG cause he was concern if we are able to create a design like MISO’s which will give him more assurance. He stated he was offered $2,300 from them but i told him its not possible for custom from scratch w/ ownership, i pointed out it may not be the same but we will match based on comparable features. We discussed SEO which i showed him examples. He basically asking alot feature just cause his competitors has it, like “SSL” on their site which he said he has but hasn’t activate it. Dr was very very nice and will wait for my proposal and he will send me MISO’s so i can review and help him identify any hidden disclosure especially the “custom design” if it is customizing off of a template. HOT lead.

had another ph conf with the dr. dr is all over the place with what he wants and iffy with what he wants and which companies to go with. his prim concern is seo for Modesto but then he switches to Turlock. The point i told him is we can get him on the 1st page with seo or ppc. He still goes back to another company bc he sees him doing website for them and they are on 1st page. I told him modesto & turlock is not as competitive and the examples i showed him from our clients are in more competitive cities. I told him to ask that guy to show him examples of his clients in more competitive cities. very nice but all over the place. I told him based on his concerns and budget and priority, we can work with 1 location first at $3,000 then 2nd location at $3,000. He iwll talk it over with his dad cause his dad likes Miso's design whcih i assured we can do better.
