I have a project that I want done.
Can you please give me the different prices and rates for each package? I want to get a better Idea from you. and What each package offers

Here is the Project Description:

We will work on a project for a Clinic that offers solutions for Rheumatism, Physiotherapy, acupuncture, and skin.
For this project, it would be Branding (logo), Social Site, Market Strategy, & Website. The Clinic has 2 Facebook sites, one in Arabic for Saudis, and one in English for British people in London. We will work on both, a marketing strategy, and on their website (as it is lacking content and UI/UX). I will provide the URLs of each

Branding:
They currently have 2 logos (yep, that’s how messed up the business is), and they are lost as to what their actual logo is. The few requirements I have for the Logo are:
1. It should have something to do with their services (rheumatism, etc.). maybe a heart, a muscle fiber, a bone. One of their logos is a red empty heart with a knee cap in the middle. Ya I know sounds creepy..
2. Something to do with the health field. Most of the visitors to the clinic are people aged over 40.
3. Simple, elegant, eye catching, easy for the grown ups to look at. (I don’t even know what that means..)

More about the website later, Now just the mockup of course.
The weird thing is that when you click on (English) while on the website, it would take you to a different, ugly layout of the same website in english.
They also have an English website that they haven’t really launched yet.
The requirements are:
1. we will merge both sites into one.. So like when you go to Drdia.com, you will be shown a simple page with 2 options; 2 big flags on either side of the page. one flag is the saudi flag which will take you to the Saudi page and content, in Arabic. and the other would be a British flag, leading you to the british page in English. maybe when the respective flag is highlighted by the cursor, the map of that country would be shown or drawn on the side, or anything creative. no need to make both sites in both languages, just the respective language for each country. we’re trying to make this main page lovely and attractive.
2. when taken to the respective main homepage (either the english or arabic), it would be a simple, easy to navigate, no clutter, and interactive homepage
3. Making appointments should be easy and UX, and finding reports by using social number should be easy

In the mockup, please have the page that takes you to the british or saudi homepages, so we can visualize it.

Requirements are:
1. each Facebook page should include different content, as the English one is targeting the British, while the Arabic one is targeting the Saudi people. for example: Saudi people are obese, and they have problems regarding air conditioning affecting their health in a negative way, so maybe post stuff about AC & bone health. while the british page would have posts related to another health issue based in that country. I hope you got the idea. but of course some content or articles could be posted on both.

I want to know first, how will posts be created? do we research the country and give you a list of their health problems? or do you research it?
do we provide the information? or do you get the information regarding bone health, for example, and create a post from the information you gained?

2. The advertising budget will be $500 for the first month for each Facebook page.
