I wasn’t looking to create an email. My email that was sent on the 27th has nothing to do with setting up an email.
As discussed with Josh or whoever my account manager is and Belinda, she was supposed to call me on Friday morning to go through the changes since the website has never been edited once it’s been up.
You please let Josh know what I think about him. When I called him in June to discuss the possibility of doing business with Optimized 360, he would follow up promptly, in fact he was more than eager to PUSH THROUGH and get an agreement to do our website. I understand that he’s in sales and his job is to get new clients. But as an account manager he must be showing the same amount of interest if not more to make sure his clients are happy. This is ABC of customer service and sales. I’ve been in business long enough to know and recognize who’s genuine and who’s not. My impression of Opt 360 has tanked over the past two months.
I would like to speak to the owner of your company. Could you please be kind enough to give me his name and number?

GK is mentioning that when certain people are emailing dentist@magicalsmilesmd.com, the sender is receiving an error message, even thought recipient is receiving.

Told GK to forward to email error to me to further troubleshoot.

Spoke to GK about the his/her issue and mentioned that it’s all been resolved. He was concerned that he’s paying us to take care of these things but he appreciated the call and that we’re taking action now.

He knows there might be technical portions of the content that dr wants to change. They will review and take notes in the next few days so that we can make adjustments.

Will give him a call on Friday at 930am.

GK called – was very upset because of lack of communication – said he is really pissed off because his WIFE is the dentist and the page has Him & He – also the school section says Dr. Jaya Shripad – he said he is very embarrassed because the doctor’s patient brought it up to her – he wants to schedule a phone call to go through the entire site and fix things

Via phone – GK has some testimonial images (he will be emailing to support@optimized360.com) he would like added to the testimonials page. He mentioned the possibility of a slider like the home page scrolling text. I explained we can put them in a meta slider on the testimonials page which would we can do free of charge. Any other sort of animation or edits to the images may incur charges.

In regards to Facebook, please log onto your personal account and hit the “like” button on your Facebook Profile. Once you have done so, please send us the email address for your account. We will then add you as a manager of the profile. Once added, you will get a notification in your Facebook account to accept the invitation. You will be able to make posts, upload pictures and do as you please just like a personal profile.

While we work on your website, we’d also like to start your Social Media accounts as soon as possible. We’ll create a Gmail email address that will be your username for each profile.

After the accounts are initially created, you will have to verify Google Plus in order for the profile to be completely published. Don’t worry, we’ll send you specific instructions on how to do this.
