Spoke to Dr. – Currently at a conference in LA. Solicited by vendors on Marketing so he was interested in what we have to offer.

Went over SEO and PPC with him so he gets an idea on the difference which he understood after explainging to him and giving him examples.

Quoted him $300 for SEO (need at least 4-6 months, unpredictable and not guaranteed)
PPC: $500/m – target up to 5 miles.

Also asked about stats. Told him GA is installed. Will open a ticket for team to send an invite to view.

For circles Neurooncology and Spine Surgery under Procedures on homepage, please replace these images with ones without a watermark. The watermarks are currently visible on these circles.

For inner pages only, please add light gray background color to testimonials & mission statement section. It is currently white and blends with white background of each page.

1. The doctor’s name in the logo should automatically have shine effect. Right now, it is a rollover effect.

A little about myself:
I am board-certified neurosurgeon. I am fellowship trained in minimally invasive spine surgery. I grew up in New York.

As for the website, as i mentioned above, i’m looking for a clean and crisp and professional looking website. I tend to stay away from the darker / black colors and prefer more white / or bright. I am open to suggestions, but i tend not to like to have too many ‘generic’ photos — but again, this process is new to me and welcome your guidance. I practice in Westchester, Putnam, and Duchess Counties (suburbs of NYC). This region is also known as the Hudson Valley. An important point for many of my patients is that I trained at Columbia University Medical Center / New York Presbyterian Hospital for neurosurgery and that I am fellowship trained in minimally invasive spine surgery.

I have a few forms and papers that I would like to be added for patients to download such as: patient forms to be filled out before first visit, post operative instructions, etc. I will work on getting that to you.

I also just took some professional photos, and once I get the official image file i can upload that to you as well.

– he’s part of 500 doctors in a network/directory. This site is focused more on him so site should be clean and minimal with little to ZERO stock photos. Should be about him and photos of him, credentials, testimonials, etc.

– dr does have access to his login credentials and is aware that this login credential he used to order online is same one to fill out online questionnaire and future member access.
– Dr is currently on vacation right now but is overall busy even during work days. Dr stated that he will fill out online questionnaire when you introduce yourself to him.

Dr Syed called me back, was driving. Super nice. looking for a simple clean site that is more informational about him. He s part of a directory site of 500 doctors in the network with a profile page. He wants a site for about him when people searches for his name or if they click on a link within his profile to get more info. I completely understand the purpose which is more focused on him and less stock photos.
Dr stated he had a budget of $2,000 which was our starting rate. Went over the process and what was included. Dr will refer other doctors to us in his network so good potential referral. Dr asked to send over some doctors within his specialty to look at, he said he’s neuro but does mostly spine surgery (ortho) as well. I told him i’ll send some similar and also other specialty that is focused on the doctors so he can also get ideas. He said he’ll get back to me next week to possibly start. Very nice and hot lead.
