– Button styling and animation for the home page are inconsistent, make all buttons have the same styling and animation as the Office Tour section.
– The Featured Promotions are missing the title overlay and underline (non-hover state).
– The styling for the section titles is inconsistent (eg. missing underline, letter spacing, etc.), the only difference that should be present is the font color due to the background.

The animation will be handled in the development phase and we should focus on the overall design. Dr. Zhao called and was unsure whether she was able to add / remove any section at ANY time. She was under the impression that she can do this based on her conversation with Danny. I explained to her that she can during the design phase but she can’t once the design draft is finalized.

Spoke to Dr. Zhao this morning to clarify the agreement that this is the last concept. We can not go back if she comes across a new designs she sees. Dr was concern about changes in the future like adding videos, pages, images which I assured her we can cause that is personalization of the pages. If we are to change colors or images in background, that is not allowed and she understands why after it was explained. Told her to finalize the concept so Jan can develop which at that point, she can start seeing the site interact and personalize. Dr will talk to jan next week to add another section to concept then finalize. Jan, before develop, please let me know so I can charge first. Thanks.

Dr. Zhao likes the idea of being able to change things (layout, images, etc) whenever she wants similar to a website builder (Wix.com). It is difficult to get design approved when she constantly wants to add/remove/change layout/images/sections.

Just to provide brief commentary. I used the majority of the water-marked images that you provided in an email a while back but since there were more sections that used photos, I added similar photos to fill the quota. Based on the two designs, I would suggested going with the first one since it only has two rows of promotion, a full-width map, and a bigger form to keep things simpler and less clutter in comparison to the other one.

While we work on your website, we’d also like to start your Social Media accounts as soon as possible. In regards to your Google+ business page, in order to set it up, it needs to be set up with a gmail account. I can have it set up under your gmail account (kellyzhaodds@gmail.com) directly and all I would need is your password if you are comfortable with that option. If you are not comfortable with that option, we can create a new gmail account and have that set up for you that way. Just let me know how you want to approach this.

As for your Facebook and Twitter accounts, they have been set up. Once your design is finalized, we will update your artwork for these account. You can always change your Twitter username at any time. Keep in mind that there is a limit of 15 characters for Twitter usernames and you can only use letters, numbers, or the underscore symbol.
