Brent Sorenson
Dr. Brent Sorenson has been a resident in the Mahtomedi area since 2005. He began his education by earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bethel University in 2001. While working in the research department, Dr. Sorenson earned a Masters in Biology and his Docturate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota. In the spring of 2015 he will earn his PhD in research fellowship. During his tenure at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, Dr. Sorenson received awards for academic skill, professionalism and independent research ability. Dr. Sorenson has also received advanced clinical training for digital dentistry and Cerec same-day crowns.

Dr. Sorenson and his wife Molly have three children Shey, Owen and Madeline. They are active in the Mahtomedi community as coaches and coordinators for the youth soccer and hockey programs. In their spare time they enjoy watching Gopher sports and spending time outdoors.

Spoke with Belinda after she had discussed the website project with Dr. Anderson – he was under the impression that we would take over all the directories and listings of his name & practice name (300+) – Belinda was very firm on addressing what was included in his account – During my conversation with the doctor, we never discussed any taking over of his 300+ listings he has over the web – we only discussed features within the Gold & platinum – what the differences were – answered all his questions regarding different companies and how we can help – went over Platinum Package – he liked it the most but the pricing was high – took out logo to accommodate him – we only discussed the packages and how our company works and my consultation of why a design froms cratch is better than working with template company which should help his SEO a little better.

Dr had called lm on Justin’s office line, he called main… tried transferring to Justin but he was busy. Tried getting a message for Justin but dr wanted to speak to someone in charge of Marketing cause he had questions about SEO.

Told him I was marketing director and can help answer questions. He asked about SEO cause that is a priority to him since he has invested in the past and he has hundreds of in-bound links. Assured him that we take all necessary precautions when it comes to SEO when we do makeover so we are aware to preserve all their current SEO.
Dr mentioned that he looked up some of our clients in the Gallery and didn’t see any ranking high. Explained to him those are all new clients that hasn’t had time to build history. I had shown him some of our SEO clients dominating the 1st page while he was on the phone.
I also gave him an overview of his area’s search result cause he didn’t know how ADwords, G+ works…. so I explained to him how it works and what needs to be done.
Told him what Justin proposed is our best package that has all the bells and whistles which will give him the highest SEO chance.
Dr seems to have made many mistakes with many diff companies such as YP and also DEX so he is doing his due diligance so he doesn’t make the same mistakes.
He asked if i was certified which i told him i was for Analytics and also Adwords.
Dr stated that Justin doesn’t need to call him back whcih I told him I will have Justin do but he said it is not necessary.
Dr mentioned that he will be making a decision soon as early as next week.

Spoke with Dr. – had a 40 Min conversation – worked with YellowPages & Dexmedia – has a local contractor that is doing adwords and is doing the design for his website – she has not started anything yet – went over platinum – told him what we do – had to reiterate a lot of things to him a lot – went over Adwords and SEO – it was hard for him to differentiate the two – broke things down – i tried not to over explain – he asked about other two packages – he wants to discuss with his marketing director (Daughter) she is very busy right now with graduations – he used to be based in Montery Park for military – told him end of the month promotion – he will want me to follow up and be on a conference with him and his daughter – sent proposal
