spoke to Paul. He will try to fax or fill out online by 2pm today. Told him i'll be out of the office for a few days and i want to get the acct setup. He said he doesn't have the funs until tom so I told him to simply send the proposal back and put "cc provided over the phone", this way we can get started before i leave. he will try to submit it today.

Stated that he did sign the lease and was ready. asked to resend the contract and a designers # so he can contact. told him the process is after i receive, i'll setup and assign a designer then they will reach out. he understood.
